Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

The hotel was very dirty. I work for Marriott and this hotel was not up to Marriott standards by any means.

I loved the hotel the arcade was ok and the hotel was very clean and service was great pool was good and hot tub felt nice. The only thing I complain about is the Amenities that the web listed is not accurate. No horeback riding was available not even in the area extra kids activities was not avail etc.. please update the list.

It was a perfect cost-benefit relation deal! Clean and wide room and bathroom! Great complimentary wi-fi and minibar. Hotel is very well located. You've got easy exits to whatever attraction or commerce. Its neighborhood is filled with great food options. No doubt we'll stay there again!

A convenient location for attraction, dinning and shopping. The hotel was clean and friendly. The only thing is that free breakfast buffet was very Disappointed.

No problems, room was very nice. good restrants near by.

Breakfast needs improvement- coffee was horrible- pastry selection weak- fruit consisted of green apples & bananas & you'd think that in Florida there would be oranges at least - frozen breakfast sandwiches & a microwave & a mediocre danish is not a breakfast .. bring back the waffles - in comparison we stayed at a competitor that provided scrambled eggs - sausage -waffles - biscuits & gravy- donuts- and much more at a cheaper rate... Upon moving into our rooms . . Fairfield rooms had lights inoperative -lacked towels & washcloths- lacked guest services welcome booklet . .. side and back entrances lack handicap access ramps- lights in parking lot could be improved or need bulbs replaced- Staff needs to be quicker in removing towels/linens & stray debris that clutter the hallways . . .rooms that are supposedly ready for guests need a better check process and the breakfast needs a lot of work- stayed here 3 years ago & service was better then . . the staff did respond to requests and resolved issues in our rooms but being Proactive would be better than Reactive

Outstanding service from all staff!. Hotel very nice, highly recommended. Car hire from airport might be a good idea, as trips out to resorts quite expensive.

Hotel lobby was fine - huge breakfast room and lots of choices. Hotel is large - so walk down the hallway back and forth was very long. Parking lot the same - took a while to get to my car. As a female business traveler this aspect at night is a big safety factor - would not stay there again. Room was minimal - renovated but still old. Low end renovation. Could not get bill at desk as paid website in advance - real disadvantage so may consider not using travel website in the future as need invoice for expense account.

My overall experience was good, but not anything special. I did not get to use most amenities, although things looked good. I liked having a fridge in my room - that was why I selected this hotel - thankfully, it worked and saved me the exhorbitant fees for bottled water. Close to Downtown Disney & World Marriott - I was there for a conference. Would not be my pick for a park visit, just not "Disneyish" enough, but certainly nice enough.

Checked in and was given a room and key to only find out much later that night that the front desk had given the same room to another party and both of us had the same room. Spent 3 trips to the front desk at 10pm to try and make sure someone wan't going to come in our room during the night or use my credit card to buy something on the room account, WHAT A MAJOR MESS!!! Finally fixed at 10:30pm and for all this was given a free breakfast, should have been at least a free stay for their screw up.
