Excellent!
The breakfast was wonderful, my granddaughter (10 years old) loved the cinnamon rolls and we loved the omelets. Service was excellent too... especially with a 2 hour happy hour to take the edge off of the amusement park experience. Hot tub and pool also made for excellent relaxation for all of us. The suites were clean and comfortable and provided the little bit of extra room with a fold-out couch for the 3 of us.

Perfect Weekend
Spent a girls weekend here and enjoyed every minute. Close to restaurants and shopping what more could a bunch of women want.

Disappointed!
Terrible hotel!
3 hotel keys didn't work, the room was dirty, staff condescending, and the breakfast took forever to get and was cold. Don't bother spending extra to go to this hotel.

Great place to kick back after tradeshow
Great relaxing place get ready for a tradeshow with breakfast and kick back and relax afterwards. Staff was kind and very helpful.

Great value and nice overall experience!
We have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years while attending the Surf Expo at the Convention Center. Even as the hotel choices have increased over the years this hotel just "Gets it". From the breakfast in the morning which is a great way to meet with my staff bfore the shows - to the managers cocktail party after the show which is a way to unwind- these guys just understand travelers needs. There are always lots of families - with a 2 room suite it offers that option Shuttles stop by for all of the events and it is close enough to restaurants to walk to most of them. If you are a pool guy this is not for you but if you want the full package at a very affordable rate I trongly recommend it.

Most of the better restaurants are a short to medium walk away with Pointe Orlando the area most want to see. Cabs are plentiful and cheap but you have several raod houses and affordable restaurants within a 5 minute walk from this hotel.

Some good, some bad
Was mostly good..was cold which was not hotels fault. They didnot heat indoor pool.. When asked for a cab..doormen was able to get us one but for plus dollars.. Breakfast did not have enough choices (buffet) We spent our time doing mostly indoor things, was to cold for outdoors. Seen Blue Men..highly recommend. This trip was kindof out of the ordinary for us..Got us away from home for a bit..

an truly enjoyable stay
the complimentary breakfast, every morning, was right on. a real morning meal. the happy hour was great. you get to meet the the kind of people in the hotel with you.
