Disney experience
Great costumer service but not at all a family hotel. Very noisy and not very clean. Literally, spend only one night there. Checkin at 9 pm and checked out immediately at 9 am. Just wasn't in my comfort zone. Ants in the bathroom and toilet didn't flush very well. Whole building needs renovation. However the price was very cheap, so you pay for what you get. On the other hand, checked into the Palace by Westgate. More expensive but worth every penny. Beautiful building, very clean, ideal location. flat screen tv's in every room, master suite with hot tub and separate shower. Kids suite with separate shower. Kitchen full equipped. just perfect. So it really depends on your budget.

unbeatable location for the price
This was an awesome deal if your are on a budget. My room was clean, plenty of towels an very convient. My check in was smooth.. I would highly recommend this location. the park was in walking distance. this was a great deal for a family that is on a budget an would like to stay somewhere clean an safe.

Location with a budget price
[...] made late check-in due to delays in my flight. Even though It was after 12 after midnight, I coul not sleep due to car and truck noises from the road. Next morning however, I ve changed to a better room with no noise. The room was also better. Avoid the rooms facing the highway, towards the outlet centre in this property. The rest is OK. So close to a TGI Friday's which I had all my breakfasts.

Universal is in short walk and both parks can be completed if u r without childeren and start the tour at 9 a.m.

We stayed at this hotel because it's located close to Sea World, and the hotel has a free shuttle service to Sea World, Universal, and Disney! They also have staff in the lobby to help you get tickets to attractions, give you directions, park maps, brochurs, etc.
