Fantastic location .
The hotel is in the perfect location. 5min alway from Universal. If you are planning to be in the theme parks, then this is for you. It's a below average hotel. It has the amenities you need to survive, bed, hot shower, and ac. The carpet was old and sticky. I was afraid to touch it or step on it. Room shower was old. Room had iron, iron board, coffee maker( i was afraid to use it), and a broken safe.

Two single girls
It was in a great location. Almost across the street from unversail studios. Across the street from wet n wild water park. So much to do in the area. The room was kind of dingy but they clean every day. Fresh towels and what ever you ask for. Perfect for the price we paid we enjoyed ourselves.

One Night Stay
We were looking for a cheap hotel for a one nite stay and the price was right. Its exactly what we expected. You get a bed you can sleep in with a fairly clean room and working TV and shower. The location is close to main attractions and the staff were pleasant.

Worst Room Conditions
Room was not insulated and the door was not sealed, the humidity from the rain and the cold outside got in the room and dampened our clothes and made it uncomfortable. The faucet in the tub was constantly leaking and the the exhaust fan was not working leaving mold and drops of water all over the ceiling of the bathroom. Electric sockets couldn't be used as your plugs will slide out, and there were gashes and cracks in the walls.

Disappointed
I was extremely disappointed that they charged me an additional $4 upon check in for a "service fee" The room was clean however the dresser was broken on the entire right side from the top of dresser down to the 2 drawers! Thankfully I was only staying 1 night & did not need the dresser

Disappointment
When I came to the hotel, I saw ill behaving receptionists who tried to charge me extra for some unknown expense in the hotel. They were ready to reverse the transaction if I didn't want to pay for the extra unknown cost in the hotel. There was no Wi-fi even though it was said Wi-fi was available and free nor breakfast same as the wi-fi shock. The A/C in the room was making a lot of noisy. The receptionists never picked up their phone when I called from my hotel room. It was really a terrible adventure. I will never stay there anymore.

okay if looking for just sleeping
Hotel personnel were pleasant.... however once in the room, tv remote never worked, keys to the room didnt work and was left outside twice, roaches were roaming in bathroom and in carpet, towels were thrown in a corner for us to fold and use. Easy access to international drive and outlet mall... restaurants and nearby attractions

perfect location
If you're looking for a cheap hotel close to Disney ( about 15-16 mins away ) ,Universal Studios ( About 5 mins away) and Sea World ( about 10 mins away) this is it. It's also very close to nice restaurants and things like congo river golf and the sling shot on international drive. The service could be better ( I asked for an extra bed three times and never got it ), the remote control in my roon didn't work and I if you want to use a microwave you have to go to the lobby, but, for the price and it's location, it's a a good selection.
