Days Inn Orlando/International Drive

Very dirty, Burn marks in the floor. Lights flicker and WIFI doesn't work.

This Days Inn was a disaster! The first room we had the key card would not open the door. They got us another room, it still was difficult to open the lock. The TV did not operate, we call the desk (I am not Bi-Lingual), and wandered around and found someone who got us a new remote control. My wife had to make the beds, I guess you do not get this service for a 2 night stay. The ice machines did not have much ice-must have something to do with Global Warming. The security latch on the room door was broken. This motel was rated by AAA; I am a member of AAA, wait till they hear this story!

TV was not wroking, maintenance took over half hour to show up and when they did we were too tired to watch TV. Showers didn't have hot water, front desk didn't give us the option of changing rooms, I heard some shooting going on at around 5am couldn't sleep next thing I see on my way to the car a crime scene about 6 police cars and pretty much the whole area barrocated. I have a child 5 yrs old most definetely that is not the kind of vacation I was expecting for any of us and for him to see.

Ive stayed at different days inns before and i didnt have nearly a bad experience as i did with this place. The room was dingy and dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine, not to mention the toilet would come off of the wall when u sat on it. The pool is colder than the ocean!! The pool was so cold it was unbearable. The only good thing i have to say about this place is that the front desk people were pleasant and didnt get an attitude when i said i wanted to check out early, but they didnt ask why i wanted to either.

My recent stay in this Days Inn was somewhat dissapointing because of the following: I had reservation for 3 rooms and all three had a very strong odor and humidity, Matresses need to be changed, one of the rooms had a leak in the bathroom,had to change my room key a twice because they stopped working...and best of all, as someone else mentioned, this hotel is being used as a SHELTER. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND DAYS INN IN INTERNATIONAL DRIVE NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY...SHAME

upon my arrival i was charge additional fee for hotel resort for service that i would not have any use for, room had no working microwave nor working refridge there was roaches in my room and a very noisy hotel,guest yelling and scream most of the night running pass my door like it was party house, tv did not get clear channels,all this was inform to them all they had to say was sorry . will not be staying at this hotel even if it was the last hotel available and i was homeless.

upon arrival we were about 45 min. early for check in. We went to check in and was told we would have to wait till check in time. Very upset about that since our room was ready. Once we got checked in I was very dissatisfied with the room. Very poor lighting, no coffee pot, crushed beatle bug near the table by the window. We will not ever stay at another Days Inn.

Access to the Hotel was somewhat confusing and also departing was a problem as well. Room had a worn out look and feel about it. Very loud all during the night and nothing was done to keep it quiet. No restaurant/bar type facility connected to it. No continental breakfast there was a small store inside that charged for everything.

days inn on international is in a good location, but customer service was a disgrace.

Let me start off by saying that I was only looking for a place to lay my head for one night. I was not in the market for anything fancy and full of fanfare. It is safe to say that the bar was set pretty low to begin with. Whaen I pulled into the parking lot I knew that I was going to be disapointed, even with such low expectations. The room was dirty , I felt very uncomfortable walking around barefoot. The bathroom ceiling had mold breaking through a fresh coat of white paint. When I finally gave in to my fatigue I was unable to sleep due to what seemed like a herd elephants running and yelling up and down the hall. It is safe to say that I will never stay in this hotel again.
