Excellent location! Staff could have been more friendly and helpful.

this hotel was nothing that i thought it would be it was not at all like the picture on line . It was musty, keys did not work remote did not work light bulb was not working there was no microwave as promised washer and dryer not all working also the ice maker was not at all working and the pool did smell like chlorine to kill germs and to top it off there was roaches in the room!!!! would not recommend or go back there again

From the outside the hotel looked really nice, but once inside our room it was a whole different story. It was disgusting. It smelled bad and we found roaches . We had to call and cancel our last day because the infestation was too much.

The hotel had roaches everywhere, was not cleaned when we got there....asked for a room that was not still dirty from last guest....bathtub cold water handle gushed water from wall.... Based on the unsanitary conditions of the hotel room, I passed the breakfast by..... Do not stay at this hotel no matter if money is tight! Spend the extra cash! It will be worth it to you health and sanity.

Value and location were good. What I didn't like was an extra $5 fee per day that was not advertised. I thought the original bill covered everything. Not so. Still a good deal but I don't like false advertising.

Location is good. 20 minutes walk to Universal Studio. Indoor WIFI is really poor so I take my smartphone to the lobby for internet everyday. Staff was nice. Room is clean. Refrigerator costs extra 10 bucks per day.

The hotel has bug problems, killed a couple. Room even had a few dead cocroaches still in the walls, they werent cleaned. Carper was old, didnt like walking barefooted on it, under sink area it had mold stain. Bed matress was old, in the middle it sagged. Bed sheets were old had holes in them, there wasnt an iron or oard in room, fixtures were loose, electrical plugs for cellphone charger, etc... werent easily accesible. The wifi is only in lobby and pool areas. The cafe is limited and expensife, theres a 711 righ around the corner, cheaper, or Dennys across the street.

My 9 year old daughter and I checked in after a long day of travel at 12:30 am. We were in the room a total of 15 minutes and we watched 5 cockroaches walk across the walls. We got our bags and left. The guy at the desk seemed like he didn't really care. He gave me back my $20 resort fee money which is laughable really. We drove around at 1am looking for a place. Ended up at Motel 6! It was the same price and very clean :) We ended up having a great trip! I honestly can't believe Days Inn had cars in their lot!! Shocking! However, Cheap Tickets did refund all of our money so everything worked out.

The first room we had we sat on the bed and the leg broke, I looked under it and it was taped to fix. The second room we received was not the cleanest, the outlets didn't work. The bathroom fan made a horrible sound, the remote on the tv didn't work. Three light fixtures didn't work. Only half of the power outlets worked. We were coming back to the hotel one evening and the cops were there busting somebody staying in the hotel. So I would not recommend this hotel.

There was some things wrong with the room but for the price it was a good deal
