Hi. My stay was good, good location and all, but there was no microwave like it did on the internett.

okay if looking for just sleeping
Hotel personnel were pleasant.... however once in the room, tv remote never worked, keys to the room didnt work and was left outside twice, roaches were roaming in bathroom and in carpet, towels were thrown in a corner for us to fold and use. Easy access to international drive and outlet mall... restaurants and nearby attractions

perfect location
If you're looking for a cheap hotel close to Disney ( about 15-16 mins away ) ,Universal Studios ( About 5 mins away) and Sea World ( about 10 mins away) this is it. It's also very close to nice restaurants and things like congo river golf and the sling shot on international drive. The service could be better ( I asked for an extra bed three times and never got it ), the remote control in my roon didn't work and I if you want to use a microwave you have to go to the lobby, but, for the price and it's location, it's a a good selection.

Adequate
Cockroaches, wi-fi up and down, charged "resort fee" upon arrival (didn't expect that), tried to charge $3 fee because I had a package delivered to the hotel... Still, it was much cheaper than the alternatives. Safety lock broken off the door... What are you gonna do?

not a magiocal experience
My room was in a state of disrepair. The shower curtain did not stay closed because the rod was falling. The coffee maker did not heat the water and the water leaked as soon as it was put into the unit. There were only 2 ice machines and both were in the lobby area which was at the opposite end of the complex from my room. There was no microwave, refridgerator, or ironing board. The bed was fairly copmfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The location is in the heart of a tourist area with all sorts of offerings for dining and shopping and activities.

Well...
The room was good the first night. Woke up the first morning and found roaches all in the sink area. Heard loud disturbing noises at night. Would I go back. No theres a holiday inn across the street I'll look at.

Should be closed down
Room had bugs and cockroaches. I complained in the front desk and they sent someone in. That same day we still had bugs. The room was dirty and stuffy, carpet was stained. This hotel should be investigated by the county health department.

Good location
The hotel was in good location and rooms were big only thing wrong and a big thing was the first room I was put in after a day I came in there was a cockroach on mirror told staff they sprayed room but next day found couple cockroaches in bathroom went to reception and asked to move to another room they did this never seen any more but would bang on bathroom door before going in.
