This was not a good experience, the motel was not clean the elevator was dirty, changed rooms and that room was awful, gum on walls, dirty pillows, broken faucet, dirty nightstand, staff unprofessional. I checked out and stayed at another hotel. Would not recommend.

It was okay
The hotel was okay, the only thing I didn't like was the in the tub the rubber was old so my little couldnt take a bath she had to shower. But other that it was okay. The location I loved it.. Everything was around, u could walk to places.

the room was okay, but the rug was dirty and the air conditioner did not work at all, and if i had to choose i would not choose to stay there again unless they had more to offer

great, but would be venturing there again
great location - but room just sucks have to sleep with a light on, to see if any bugs room clean service good didnt like decor or carpet old used stained.

Good Vacations!
We spend a very good time in this Hotel in our visit to Orlando! It has perfect location if you want to go shopping or go to Universal and Island of Adventure! It's a little far from Disney but you can take the bus or rent a car! In the front desk was normal, nothing spectacular but for us that was what we need! The room was always cleen when we return in the night! If you want to go to the parks and shop this is an excelente hotel!

friendly service
I stayed only one night, please give me refund for the second night which I did not use. Since the hotel clerk told me they will give the full refund to you, you should give refund to me.

Family Vacation
This hotel was ok for what I paid for. The staff were great the rooms were clean but they had roaches. Other than that it was good. This hotel was close to everything.

Unhappy hotel
The hotel is not a place I would stay at again . Old and out dated .
Although close to shopping and walking distance to Universal and Wet &Wild this hotel is not worth the money. The roooms are dirty and the bathroom is falling apart. Cockroachs everywhere in the rooms !
