Days Inn Orlando/International Drive

I had good experience at this days it was definetly close to a lot of attractions...

Great location and I know that you get what you pay for. However I should not have to deal with roaches (bugs are a part of life and nature I understand) I killed one Roach everyday the room was dirty and the shower curtain rod was broken.

We got this hotel for about $26 per night, so we weren't expecting much. It was fairly clean. We felt safe. The beds are TERRIBLE. You could see how they dipped in the middle- if you sat on the edge, you'd literally roll to the middle. They advertise a free shuttle to the parks, but what they don't mention is that there is one trip to Universal at around 10 am and one trip back to the hotel at about 11pm. So I wouldn't count on their shuttle. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel, though, so that would be a better option if you don't want to pay $15 to park. There is a $4.95 per day hotel fee, so even if you prepay, be prepared to pay another $5 per day when you check in. The TV remote didn't work. The front desk staff was very stand-offish, borderline rude. The pool area is small, but nice, and they play great music over a loudspeaker there. We were looking for a super cheap hotel to sleep in and spend a little time at the pool during breaks from theme-parking, and that's exactly what we got. I wouldn't stay there if I was planning to spend a lot of time at the hotel, but it was fine for what we paid for it.

Pillows did not have pillow cases. only one towel. Stains on the floor.

We were weary at first but our room was very clean and we asked for a fridge at the front desk and it was delivererd before we could open the door! Just bring your own sheets and you'll be great!

This hotel gets the job done but not much more. The doors/locks are old and are sometimes difficult to close, the bed was lumpy and worn out, and the bathtub drain was broken. They advertize free Wi-Fi but it is painfully S L O W... not really usable. On the bright side, the staff was generally friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to Universal and Disney and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. If you are looking for a cheap hotel then this is the place for you.

The room was really nasty. I thought Days Inns were suppose to be decent. I didn't need alot of frills but this was just down right nasty. The guy at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. Room wise: Guess you pay for what you get. So I will make note for next time.

Hotel wasn't as bad as I was thinking. Made it to my last day without seeing any bugs, then saw a tiny one crawling in the bathroom. However I do not think it was a roach. Check in at 3, they mean 3 sharp.. Even if the lady did tell us she couldn't check people in until 1:30 so we came back around 2:30 and she still made us wait. Location couldn't get much better, and the shuttle to the park was a great perk. If you want a cheap get away this is the spot.

Located on the international Drive , could access the i-drive trolley and loads of restaurants and dining option . Also both the i -drive trolley s intersect near the Hotel . Also could take a direct bus to airport with a travel time of an hr . Also they provide transport to Disney parks and Universal parks which were convenient , we wer able to show the Magic Kingdom fireworks at 10 pm and able to take the Hotel transport . There is Dennys , IHop and other 24 hr open fats food joints in walking distance .
