Great location!
The view from the hotel was awesome and the heated pool was needed for the unpredictable March temperatures. The hotel is conveniently located to Universal and Seaworld. Disney and the airport are also nearby. Shuttle service is available to many locations. Times were limited to am and pm so if you want to go back to the hotel midday you still need a car. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave too.

Downtown Disney restaurants were great! Raglan Road Irish Pub and House of Blues were my favorite choices.

Be prepared to pay extra for everything. Given the number of hotels with free Wifi, $12.95 per device, per day is simply outrageous. Complimentary Wifi in the lobby was very poor, and we could barely use our Wifi devices there either. For the price, some sort of complimentary breakfast would have been nice as well. Hotel was clean, and staff was very nice and helpful. Being awakened at 1:30 am for a false fire alarm wasn't fun. Would have been nice for staff to have notified everyone before they went rushing down the stairs.

Comfortable and friendly
Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the amusement parks. A wonderful place to stay!

If riding the shuttle bus isn't your idea of fun. Ask the valet for a car to Universal Studios. $10 flat fee. The best money we spent!
