The Big Tuna
A Nice Stay
Overall I was very happy with this hotel for the price ($134 / night) I got it at. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. However, my older child (17 yrs old) choose to sleep on the sleeper sofa and he said it was very uncomfortable. The pool was nice and there were several different options for food and drink. There were however a few things that were dissapointing, the first being that there was no free wi-fi / internet anywhere in the hotel not even in the business center. The wi-fi cost is $9.99 per day. This seems to be a common trend these days. Also the shuttle service to the Disney parks was very limited. If your going to visit the parks it's best to have car.

Short drive from hotel
Like most hotels of this calibar the cost of food in the resturants is high and the quality is just OK. If your looking to save money on food there a several resturants in the surrounding area. To find resturants out of the "tourist area" make a right out of the hotel on to World Center Drive and then a left on to 535 then go down about 3 miles to the end and make a right there you will find several "chain type" resturants. Perkins, Bob Evans, ect.

Great Stay
The hotel was great. The pool is awesome but always crowded which is expected at such a large hotel. We did have a problem with a chocolate stain on our sheets that were supposed to be clean but maid came up right away and changed them and apologized for the inconvenience which was great. The problem was taken care of and we were happy with how it was handled. Second time staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Lets just relax
The only bad experience would have to be the staff. I like to feel welcomed and instead I felt rushed. Other than that ,it was truly refreshing. Room space was adequately sustainable for up 7 people. Which was convinient for the company we had over. I would stay again .

The best vacation!

Great family getaway
Hotel was great and no regrets staying there. We would stay there again! Unfortunately, we got our hotel as a package deal. We booked a hotel along w/ a rental car. Picked up rental @ airport. Avis customer service agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. We reserved a compact car & got a mid-size vehicle instead. According to him, we didn't fit into a small car and plus they didn't have any small cars available on site. I got charged $85 more on my credit card and to top it off the car was so big we end up paying more @ the gas station. I would never rent a car from Avis!

Prime location!
This hotel was just lovely. Very expansive, beautiful large pools, restaurants, arcades for kids, laundry service, etc, It was also beautifully situated. Not far at all from MCO airport and within 15 quick minutes to all major attractions including Disney and Sea World. The only catch is that you really need a car to get anywhere, Not the hotel's fault at all though-- they provide shuttles to Disney. But staying anywhere in this location really requires renting a car-- which was well worth it. For your convenience, 7-11 and CVS is right across the street! The only minus- no free Wi-fi

Amazing family getaway
The hotel and staff were amazing. It was very crowded as expected since it was Spring Break. My only two issues were 1. Guest would come out early and place towels on beach chairs to hold their space and return later on. That is unfair to anyone looking to be at the pool at that very moment. Maybe someone should be assigned to look after the towels. 2. The location was a bit off if you didn't have a car. There is only a CVS and a 711 across the street but no dining places near by so you are stuck eating at the hotel everyday. The food was good and at an okay value just sometimes you want something different.
