I was expecting more
Even though the hotel has a good location the rooms were old, the curtains had many stains and the breakfast selections were very poor.

Basic Lodging
The room has an odor of pool chemicals when you first walk in, but that goes away pretty quickly. The linens were clean, but not luxurious. The shower had mold in the caulking, but was otherwise okay. I wouldn't take a bath in there, but it was okay for a shower. The breakfast was just okay. Lots of bread. Staff was okay. The location is on a busy street, but rooms are quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Family Vacation
I only needed a room for one night, and the Baymont Inn was just what I needed. It's pretty basic, but overall it was a good value. It also has free WiFi unlike many competitors.

Good value
Very helpful staff, comfy bed, room could be cleaner - especially the bathroom which had some mold. Reasonably close to airport and very close to freeway access.

Needs some help
I had very late check in and called for hours during my travels to confirm only to find out later that there was no phone service. There is no elevator in this hotel, and I was on second floor which was a long walk and windy stairs to get to. Continental breakfast - adequate. Their internet down so when I asked if I could stay an additional night for the same rate and told me they could not honor the rate since it was thru the internet, I decided to go elsewhere

Somewhat pleasant experience.
I arrived at the Hotel at the 3 pm check in time, and was told the room would be ready until after 4:30pm. The room was nicely located on the lower level with sliding door access to pool courtyard area. the pool was nice. The staff was for the most part accommodating. My 4 night stay was spoiled when housekeeping woke me up @8:30am by pounded on the door and yelling " Are you checking out! " Checkout time is 11:00am; The cleaning staff should be more respectful. Also, If you try to relax in the business center / dining/ lobby area during lunch time, you will be bombarded by the loud and obnoxious house keeping staff. why do they allow the staff to eat lunch in the guest common areas????

Weekend getaway
The hotel staff was very nice. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, there was a ball of paper in the corner of the room by the blinds, and the sham on the bed was covered with dust as well as the caddy for the fridge. However, the location was good and the price was excellent. Just wish there had been more detail in the cleaning.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! STAYED 2 MORE NIGHTS
What a great place. Location is unbelievable, next to all shop mall, restaurants and all parks(Disney, Universal,and Seaworld) all under 10 minutes away. Place was safe, and comfortable. Now I am picky about cleanliness and so I was surprised, couldnt complain about new sheets, linens and towels. Pool was nice, warm and refreshing after a day at the parks. Staff was nice, polite and helpfull. It was so nice stayed an extra 2 days!!! You get more value for your buck here, I felt like I was appreciated. Will be back again. Definetly no bed bugs(he he) I checked!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Terrible Service. Bad/UNSAFE location! I was told by multiple people that live in the area that as a lone female traveling in the evening that it was very much not advised to go there. I canceled and tried to get my money back but the management refused, hung up on me and would not pick up the phone afterward! It would be one thing if I were yelling at her but I was talking civilly and logically. DO NOT STAY HERE!
