Baymont Inn and Suites Florida Mall

My experience at the hotel was not the best. we arrived at our hotel left an hour later to go out on the town for the night. I come back to the hotel at 3am our key wouldn't the door so we had to walk all the way down ti the lobby and ask what the problem with the key. That is when they telll us that they had booked other guests in the same room as us. Therefore there were strangers in our room with all our personnel belongings. My purse with all my money and credit cards where there and so was the person with me. I am NOT happy with this experience. I dont know how the room was double booked and to top it all of the guests staying across from me had dogs barking all night !

The staff was fantastic, the only problems we had with our room were quickly taken care of by giving us a new room at no charge. We spent the week travelling around central and eastern Florida and the hotel seemed to be the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do! The breakfast was nice, and the pool was great too! We didn't pay much at all for the week that we spent there, we were all very pleased with the experience!

Hotel is very closed to different attractions, absolutely loved the location. But you get what you pay for, rooms weren't modernized and the pool wasn't so clean. However, staff were very nice.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel for 8 nights and when we arrived our room with 2 queen beds was nice. Upon walking into the bathroom we did notice some sort of bug in the bath tub. Upon calling the front desk we were switched rooms and the problem was taken care of promptly. Once in our new room we were informed that we were going to have to switch rooms 3 days before our departure due to them replacing the carpet in the room. When it came time to move rooms again we were upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience. Very pleased with the way the staff handled everything. Jorge was a big help!

It's about 10 minites to airport. Nice room but staff check us in qute slow. They was busy chit-chating. Overall, it's clean and nice hotel.

not new, but good, clean, inexpensive lodging.

Hotel seemed to have the necessary stuff like refrigerator and microwave oven; what would have helped me more was 2 things: 1. more free sockets available for charging 2. change of bedsheets/ pillow covers after every 2 days atleast.

The front desk was cheerful but very unorganized. They first assigned me to a room that wasn't made up. The second room they gave me was already occupied. Then I had to wondered who else would be issued a key to my third room.

the hotel location is good accessible to malls and restaurants,banks,not too far from theme parks,the price is reasonable and good,the rooms are great,spacious.the onlybad thing about the hotel arethe noise coming from the parking which sorrounds the entire hotel and just infront of each rooms and there are noises from people talking even in the middle of the night and even worst was the noise of the train running 2x in the midnight of friday,good thing that sat.midnightit didnt run.

Though the facility has seen better days (and the advice to keep vehicles locked and valuables out of sight well heeded), the staff was super helpful and friendly, the complimentary breakfast a pleasant bonus, and the rooms well maintained. It is also very convenient to the airport, as Orlando traffic can be slow & frustrating.
