Great location for all the amusement parks. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Good value for the money.

The wait to check in was long but the counter clerk was very apologetic and polite. The pool wasn't clean. When my grandson got out of the water he had a film all over his body and had to take a shower immediately. The bed covering was soiled and the fridge was antiquated. All things said, I didn't have a horrible stay but would not like to stay there again. I was not particularly comfortable with the environment nor the design of the hotel.

Near to all Orlando interests and attractions with good room comfort and value.

I chose this hotel because it had 3 stars, offered a complimentary breakfast, and was affordable. It should have had one star! For starters, it was in a very inconvenient place, hard to get in and out of. The concierge were not very friendly. Our room was small, outdated, and unclean. Luckily we were on the first floor, because there were no elevators. The complimentary breakfast offered little selection, and what was there, was not very good. I wish someone had written a review like this before I stayed there! It was by far the worst hotel I've ever been to! I had to give it one star, but really it should have been a half.

Our vacation was only for four days, so we wanted a good price for a hotel that is why we decided to stay at the Baymont Inn. The location is great but the hotel it self needs remodeling.

There were two adults and a 10 year old in our party. They put us in a handicap room. We comteplated asking for another room but really only needed a place to stay to catch our flight the next morning. The room was old, stained and we found bed bugs. The staff was going to give us our money back and we were going to leave as requested but I paid through an online source. The staff upgraded our room and let us check it out before deciding to stay or leave. We did stay the night and left as soon as we woke up. The staff was kind and did the best they could considering the circumstances.

My sister and I recently made a reservation through at this hotel. We reserved a non-smoking room but were provided with a room with very strong cigarette smoke odor. When my sister entered the room she found several bugs scattered throughout, ashes on the bathroom floor, urine on the toilet, hair and dirt in the bathroom tub, dirty refrigerator, and to top it off, stains on the sheets. It was very obvious that the room had not been cleaned for quite a while. After complaining to the front desk, we were offered a non-smoking suite. Upon entering this room, we were dumbfounded that this room was in just as bad shape as the last. It had stained sheets as well, dirt and paper all over the carpet, more bugs, and the windows and bathroom tub had something splashed all over them. After going through all of this, we were horrified to find out that our money would not refunded. Regardless of not being refunded our money, there was no possible way that we were going to stay in this facility as neither one of us could possibly have slept there. Please take this information into consideration prior to making a reservation with this hotel.

Realistically, you're getting what you pay for with this hotel. It's just an average hotel with average decor, clean rooms, and so so amenities. It's a good value for what you pay for so I'm not going to be negative. Just don't expect too much. If you set your expectations accordingly, you won't be disappointed.

The room we had # 239 that had a view of the large container in the back ..i booked this room 3 months in advance and this is what i got...not happy .The bathroom door had a problem,the shower head leaked all over the floor,the pool was loaded with ants ...i was not very happy.

We spent three nights at Baymont. The facility was easy to get to and from all our destinations as we did a lot of running around the Orlando area. The breakfast in the morning had variety and was very good. Pool looked lovely - too cool to enjoy however. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions. My mattress was a bit soft but otherwise the room itself was clean with plenty of space including a frig and microwave.
