Baymont Inn and Suites Florida Mall

My experience at the hotel was not the best. we arrived at our hotel left an hour later to go out on the town for the night. I come back to the hotel at 3am our key wouldn't the door so we had to walk all the way down ti the lobby and ask what the problem with the key. That is when they telll us that they had booked other guests in the same room as us. Therefore there were strangers in our room with all our personnel belongings. My purse with all my money and credit cards where there and so was the person with me. I am NOT happy with this experience. I dont know how the room was double booked and to top it all of the guests staying across from me had dogs barking all night !

The staff was fantastic, the only problems we had with our room were quickly taken care of by giving us a new room at no charge. We spent the week travelling around central and eastern Florida and the hotel seemed to be the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do! The breakfast was nice, and the pool was great too! We didn't pay much at all for the week that we spent there, we were all very pleased with the experience!

I only needed a room for one night, and the Baymont Inn was just what I needed. It's pretty basic, but overall it was a good value. It also has free WiFi unlike many competitors.

The wait to check in was long but the counter clerk was very apologetic and polite. The pool wasn't clean. When my grandson got out of the water he had a film all over his body and had to take a shower immediately. The bed covering was soiled and the fridge was antiquated. All things said, I didn't have a horrible stay but would not like to stay there again. I was not particularly comfortable with the environment nor the design of the hotel.

Staff were helpful and nice at all times. Room was not smelly even that it was a smoking room as I had requested. I'm definitely looking forward to stay at this hotel next time I visit Orlando.

Hotel is very closed to different attractions, absolutely loved the location. But you get what you pay for, rooms weren't modernized and the pool wasn't so clean. However, staff were very nice.

Near to all Orlando interests and attractions with good room comfort and value.

I chose this hotel because it had 3 stars, offered a complimentary breakfast, and was affordable. It should have had one star! For starters, it was in a very inconvenient place, hard to get in and out of. The concierge were not very friendly. Our room was small, outdated, and unclean. Luckily we were on the first floor, because there were no elevators. The complimentary breakfast offered little selection, and what was there, was not very good. I wish someone had written a review like this before I stayed there! It was by far the worst hotel I've ever been to! I had to give it one star, but really it should have been a half.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel for 8 nights and when we arrived our room with 2 queen beds was nice. Upon walking into the bathroom we did notice some sort of bug in the bath tub. Upon calling the front desk we were switched rooms and the problem was taken care of promptly. Once in our new room we were informed that we were going to have to switch rooms 3 days before our departure due to them replacing the carpet in the room. When it came time to move rooms again we were upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience. Very pleased with the way the staff handled everything. Jorge was a big help!

dont walk around here, street walkers and drug addicts everywhere!! dont plan on getting a good night's sleep because housekeeping came at 8. 9:30 and 10:30! towels had hair in them and shower had bugs.
