Baymont Inn and Suites Florida Mall

we leave hotel early morning and return back late night. Hotel was very good, staff were very friendly. Overall trip was very nice.

Bed bugs were found and the memorial day weekend trip was spoiled due to bites. We were given another room immediately once it was confirmed. Definitely those things would only be a consolation when you had your trip getting spoiled.

The location of this hotel was on an active street not far from attractions but wasn't that great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom door would not close all the way and while I was very excited for the french toast breakfast it turned out to be cold.

For the amount paid , it was a very good deal. The people at the front desk were very friendly,in addition the complimentary breakfast in the morning was really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would surely stay here again.

Our visit to Orlando was to visit with family. We did some site seeing we drove to Coco Beach,Cape Carnaveral & Kennedy Space Center. We checked out International Drive it was loaded with shops...we shopped till we dropped. My sister took us to a place called the Fish Camp on Boggy Creek Rd it was awesome... they have airboat rides, and all kinds of animals(if visting with childern they would love it there). We enjoyed the food it was awesome. The Baymont Inn and Suites/Florida Mall had a wonderful selection for breakfast... They served all kinds of foods (not just coffee, orange juice, and danish's)they had cereal, bagels,toast, muffins, danish's, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit etc, It was nice to enjoyed breakfast without having to leave the hotel and of course we loved the savings. I would recommond this hotel to family and friends it's a great place to stay.

Hotel is at a great location, besides Disney's Area, all the other attractions were very close by. However the price that we paid was bit steep for the hotel. Pool was small not crowded though but was small, rooms were clean and average hotel room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioner in the room was just funny, turning off and on, off and on, it wouldn't stay on, all the rooms ac were the same, couldn't sleep properly at all. For some reason that was a train tracks probably 2 blocks away from the hotel around every night train would pass and blow the horn that woke me and my gf every single night. Its more like a friends hotel stay hotel, or may be couple, but if you going with kids not a good idea. Me personally like kids to be stayed in separate rooms, it was a last minute trip so I had to take one room. Overall it was more that ok hotel.

Very friendly staff. Maybe one thing: I think that the room we got was smoking and we are non-smokers. Maybe the motel should ask that question before assigning rooms.

It was a quiet stay

The Baymont Inn and Suites/Florida Mall was what I expected in a three star hotel. Carpeting was kinda dirty but bedding and quality of the bed was amazing. Soft, warm bedding and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The refrigerator froze most of the stuff I put in it. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The area is very commercial with limited sit down dining available. Lots of fast food though. Just a few blocks from the Florida Mall. Very convenient to all major expressways. Overall a very nice stay.

Baymont Inn & Suites Florida Mall hotel was a great choice for our 4-day visit to Orlando. From the moment we arrived, the front-desk person was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides breakfast during your stay, with an ample variety of hot foods like eggs, bacon, and waffles. It offers free Internet access, which was great! It also has cable TV, coffee maker, iron and board, and a small microwave and refrigerator. The only detail we disliked was the fact that the hallway of our room smelled like smoke. The bathroom needs a little tune-up, but nothing too fancy. Besides that, our stay was very comfortable, reachable, and if I were to visit Orlando again, I would definately consider this hotel as an option.
