Baymont Inn and Suites Florida Mall

we were on the second floor and there was no elevator to use and had a lot to take up since there was 7 of us. We also had our reservation for 2 months and when we got there they had to find a room for us.

When we got there i saw hair in the tub took it out and left it in the sink counter it took them 3 days too finally get the hair out the bathroom. There was also candy and sunflower seeds on the carpet that my 1 year old almost put in his mouth. and if that wasnt bad enough a train passes around 4 in the morning and it woke us up every morning

I had good experience. Also this hotel has breakfast included not a ton of variety but was better to start day with. Room was clean and well organized.

great value, frig in room ,breakfast included, staff very friendly and located short drive from sea world and airport- perfect for our trip. Not a luxury experience, but an incredible value. We loved the back slider to the pool and the kiddie pool.

Drew at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. His willingness to help was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Very good location for our purpose and a "to die for rate". Thank you.

The first room assigned to us was smelling very bad, the hotel staff got me changed to another one. She ([...]) told me she will call me when my room was ready (since I had another room) but never called when I went to find out she was assigning rooms to new customers without considering the fact that I was there at least a hour before them. I stand in line to wait, they pass three customers in front of me before I was called to give me a room. She tried to assign me a smoking room with smaller beds, which I refused to take. Finally I was given another room that was not clean, I mean not made at all! The door was open and all the sheets on the floor. As I walk out the maids are coming in to clean, the cleaning was so bad that the next day my wife found the coffe making supplies were used from the previous guess, and I really suspect that those sheet on the floor were the ones on our beds, since the cleaning was very fast and I did not see them with a cart or any supplies at at all. The hotel needs some upgrading and the fact that it doesn't have an elevator is a big minus, it is in a good location, the employees need to be trained in customer service. Even small hotels can be very pleasing to stay at if the service is good and clean. I will never stay here or recomend it to any one.
