Nice hotel, great views, great food options.

Right next to the beach, nice room. Nice hotel. Its on the Marina with beautiful views. They offer a water taxi service that takes you on a tour and to various water front resteraunts. Do IT. Our "water front" view was facing a dirty canal and not the marina that I hoped so thats the only complaint I have. Great pool area with an open bar and two pools and jacuzzis. Overall, nice experince, shopping and diinner not far. Breakfast at their yacht club was great.

Can't wait to go back!!!

This was our first visit to Naples and knew nothing about it. We found the hotel online and people seemed to like it according to the reviews. We were greeted at our car, taken to the front desk where we were upgraded to a huge suite which we could live in with a kitchen, living room, dining room table, washer dryer, 3 flat screen tvs, a King bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a large shower. I especially liked our oversized balcony which I enjoyed breakfast daily while looking out over the water at the boats. We were driven to the beach, driven to dinner and picked up after dinner. The concierge made some excellent recommendations for dinners and made the reservations for us. I can't wait to go back again.

WEEK IN NAPLES

We stayed at what they call the cottages but they are really condos. They really need to be updated as far as decor goes as they are very dark and the beds need to be replaced. When we told them that at the desk they said there was nothing they could do because the condos are individually owned? I have rental property and most places make you keep things up to date. Also they charge you to use the pool which they call a club usage. They actually charged more than the $150 I was quoted which was $168 which isn't that much of a difference but you are using a pool! Also we knew they were going to charge a housekeeping fee $150 but after you pay approx $360 a night shouldn't that be included. It was a nice complex but for the price had no view of anything. I do realize Naples is overpriced but would probably try to find someplace else to stay for the price we paid.

Great Resort

Although it was a short distance from the downtown shops and restaurants, the shuttle service was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We actually preferred to be away from the busy downtown! There are two good restaurants on site, and a few little shops as well. The room was very spacious, we were surprised to find that it was a 2BR/ 2BA condo featuring a full Kitchen, HE washer and dryer, and covered patio with a 4 chair table! The pictures do not do it justice! Finally, we did take advantage of the spa, fitness center, and pool. All were great. You really don't have to leave the resort to have a great time, but you definitely won't be disappointed with the downtown area if you like fine dining, shopping, and happy hour.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

We hopped into a shuttle to take us to the downtown area, when a couple that was already inside told us about a free Jimmy Buffet cover band playing across the street near the Bay Inn and Roy's restaurant. We quickly changed our plans, took advantage of happy hour, and saw a fun show!

great couples getaway

My wife and I got a very good deal on a superior king room in high season. The room was very spacious with top of the line furnishings, and kitchen with granite countertops. It was a fifteen minute walk to the downtown area with many excellent shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pools and breakfast at the yacht club with its excellent views. We wish we could have stayed a little longer. It was a short drive to the beach and all that Naples has to offer. Even though the hotel is located off a busy road and our room was near the Street, the room which faced the canal was very quiet. If we're back in the area, we would definitely consider booking with this Hotel again. Saw many couples with kids enjoying the facilities as well.

Have breakfast at least once at the Yacht Club. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and the food was great. It's buffet style, with eggs prepared the way you like it.

Very nice property

Grounds and pools are beautiful. Cottages are great, nice space, well kept, clean, beds very comfortable. Wireless internet is very unreliable. Little things could be better attended to, for example light bulbs need replacing in unit, phone in living room did not work but one in master bedroom did. Overall nice resort. Parking for cottages is very convenient, right outside your unit.

Amazing Anniversary

From the moment we arrived, the experience was phenomenal. Room was better than what we expected. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the front desk gave us a 1 bedroom suite - free of charge! The facility is beautiful, the staff is attentive and friendly. The pool is phenomenal; live music on Sundays, poolside bbq, full bar and full menu! The shops on the premises are super and the hotel is close to everything. We could not have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back.
