Musty smell on first floor
Everything was great except a musty smell on the first floor. I didn't see the other floors but the bottom floor had a standing water type smell everywhere.

Close to Beach
Overall the experience wasn't bad..however be careful of the tack strips where the tile meets carpet. I punctured my foot

First bad experience
Much better than expected
I had mixed feelings about staying here based on the reviews that I read. I am glad that we did. Yes, it has older décor and the carpet may have had stains but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept during the two weeks that we were in Florida. I was looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price and that is what I got! I would recommend the hotel to others and we will stay there again.

Trip to Naples
We stayed here in April of 2013. Our check in was easy and quick. A couple of things that could be improved is the size of the bar of soap, it was aprx. 1 1/2 inch square, and only one was in the room for two people. The wireless internet was so week I could not connect. There was a computer in the lobby I ended up using that one. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and fresh. The staff was pleasent.

If you like Italian food and Sushi, Noodles is great. Also Sophia's is very close. Tin City is great for shopping and dining.

Excellent Value
We needed a room in Naples for 2 nights with a fridge and micro. The staff was welcoming as was the room. Over all the property was cleaner and the beds more comfortable than the condo we stayed at for a week in Palm Beach. Breakfast was continental and include waffles and biscuits and gravy. Healthy choices as well. You can make Vanderbilt Beach for sunset in about 15 min. Shopping and dining are within walking distance if so desired. We would certainly stay here again.

One day stay
The hotel was comfortable and continental breakfast was adequate. We did miss not having a refrigerator in the room. We would stay here again since the price was so reasonable .

Stopping point on way to Keys
At checking in the desk person was very efficient and friendly. Our room was on the second floor and acceptable in all areas. The really outstanding thing about this place is the breakfast buffet. All in all it was a fine experience.
