The hardly majestic hotel
You get what you pay for with this hotel. The location was great and room was decent; but if you're looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay, this is not the place for you. The rooms are small and water pressure couldn't drown a gnat. The worst thing about this place is the staff. They act like they have the hardest job in the world. They refuse to make accommodations if you fly in earlier than their 3pm check in time (understandable, whatever). The staff is very nasty and my boyfriend and I are not demanding or rude people. but when asking for a clean coffee machine, sheets, pillowcases etc (the room service consists of a spray bottle in a shower caddy) the manager barged in our room and demanded to know what we were complaining about and left without an "I'm sorry" or any condolences. For the 3 nights we stayed there the sheets were not changed, the toilet paper was not refilled, the mugs still had morning coffee in them, etc. It doesn't sound like a big deal, and to us it wasn't, but apparently they felt the need to make me feel like the biggest piece of garbage for requesting things that should have been taken care of already. Also don't think you can rely on them to provide anything for the shower, just a heads up. And no fridge

Perfect Bachelor Party Location
Went with group of 8 guys for bachelor party in Southbeach. Perfect location, close to beach and surrounding clubs. Staff was very friendly (remembered names) and accommodating. The rooms were basic but that really didn't matter to us. Good for location and fun experience.

Good Value Option
If you are looking for a nice little but cozy option to stay in the middle of Art Deco, this is among the nice options! The surroundings are loud, but with a close window the noise is pretty much off. Coffee maker in the room was an essential component!

Dreary place
I normally do not write reviews unless it was exceptional or horrible, this follows the latter. This hotel was dirty, had blood on the sheets, had holes in the wall and the water in the shower was cold for about 5 minutes before it got hot. If you rent a car it will cost you 27$ a night just for valet parking fees, which took about 20 minutes to get your car. Also, upon check out there is a resort fee of I believe 13 bucks a night. The location could not be any better but for the price that we payed and the quality of the hotel we got, definitely not worth it. Next time I will stay anywhere but here.

Hotel was in the center of the universe of south beach, however,it was lacking in many areas.Cleansliness and professionsionalism were poor.It took an hour to check in,the so-called front desk was very disorganised.Breakfast started promptly at 9:00 or so,I wouldnt eat there ,I saw the kitchen.I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Ok nothing special
Nothing special about this hotel. What you are paying for is the location. Its steps from the beach, clubs, and restaurants. Be aware of the 150 dollar security deposit plus the resort fee.
