This is worst hotel i have ever stayed. I can can't understand how it's get 4 star rating , it should be 1 or max 2 . No customer service at all !!!

room service didnt attempt to clean our room until the day we were supposed to leave (we were there for 3 nights) no ice machine

It's a Keeper!
I was very impressed with the decor. Everything was in walking or biking distance. The staff was helpful. I will return to this hotel again.

A great little getaway...
location was pretty good considering what we were looking to do. The Beach was a block away and they offer towels and chairs...but beware, they are not lounge chais (no additional charge). There was some heavy construction going on in the area and our room was facing Collins Avenue so there wasn't much of a sleep in (we were there a Wed & Thurs). Air conditioning wasn't working the last night..not sure if that was because we were checking out the next morning or not....but by morning time we had to open the windows... Oh and at night there was some major speeding going on on Collins with all the sports cars around there...but I guess that would be expected...just be careful crossing. Don't see much of a chance of them stopping should you cross in front of them. Overall, stay was good....would stay again if the construction was done.

weekend getaway
The lady that checked us in made a mistake and was very arrogant about it. The shower kept changing tempetures from cold to scolding. Suprise $11 a day charge for amenties (still don't know what they were).

Some of the rudest staff we have ever dealt with. Construction in the area making it even worse. I can not believe anybody would stay there.

Roberts Stay
The Worst ! Noisy Unfriendly horrible place well away from South Beach. Hostil Staff. I didn't bother to stay and booked another room as life is too short to spend two minutes in this kind of dump !
