Good if you are single.
This room was a one bedroom studio with a kitchen and spacious bathroom. It's in an apartment high rise so you don't get the luxuries with a hotel. i used to live here so I knew the area very well and it was an amazing price since its is less than a mile away from downtown Miami. You can see south beach from this Brickell apartment. Since I knew the area well I was fine. The room was clean and big. It was helpful that there was a kitchen. There is a Publix 3 blocks aways so grocery shopping isn't that far. There are many restaurants in the area as well. I would stay here again. The room was a bit dusty but i'm sensitive to it because of allergies. I think its a awesome find and a great deal. I had a huge bed, flat screen and free internet. Kinda hard to find in other downtown hotels.

It was alright. No wifi
Good location but being in the downtown area, you would expect it to have wifi at least. But no, you had to be wired. No coffee maker or complimentary coffee. Poor attitude from concierge. Not very welcoming. But it is clean, nice space, convenient enough.

Worst hotel ever!
This hotel is a total waste of money!!! The rooms were nasty. Dirty yellow walls markings, dusty floors, cleaning supplies were left in the closet, no amenities at all, and they charge 20 buck to park 1 night!!! I left my car parked in front of the lobby while i checked in and was able to get access card for parking. I come outside to the front and the hotel put a warning sticker to tow my car!! Where do they expect customers to park while they check in and get the parking access card....on the "no parking" street???? Horrible horrible experience wish I had went with my first choice at Hyatt instead!
