They charge up the parking for guests My room wasen't new

I have been at this hotel once before and had thought it quite nice then...even subscribed to a rewards card. This time, I arrived there quite late. I had asked for a smoking room and was given a non-smoking so I had to move all my stuff out to relocate. I had asked for a wake-up call but never got one...luckily, I woke up on time on my own. I was told that because I used a third party to book the room ([...], which I use for both flight and hotel), that night's stay would not count on my rewards card. Since I always plan my trip this way, I would never get any of the advantages the rewards card would have given me...I don't think that is right! I made a point of choosing this hotel this time, even paying more, because I was a member of the rewards program. I am returning to Miami in a few months and have not booked there.

Nice & convient location, nice and pleasant staff. Great brekfast, right now a little difficult to get to, due to the road construction.

Watch out - had a great nightly rate but the hotel parking charge made the rate average with other hotels in Miami. And how is it that Comfort Inn, La Quinta and other lower cost hotels can include free internet but Sheraton requires payment? The construction around the hotel made it difficult and confusing to get into the hotel and parking garage. This is not a 4 star hotel, we had a clean room but you get a feeling of it being an old hotel. First day of stay, there was no soap in the bathroom. Second day, only 1 package of coffee and no coffeemate(2 travelers using a 1 cup coffee pot).

If you drive in with a car, you will have to pay $15 every time you take your car out. It is not a flat rate overnight parking. Also, if you are planning to arrive at the hotel before the check-in time of 3 PM, be prepared to wait in the lobby, as your room won't be ready till 3.

This hotel is definitely over rated at four stars. I've stayed in three star hotels that were just as good for the money if not better. I've stayed in four star hotels that were above and beyond this. There is definitely no wow factor here. I booked two rooms. One had mildew on the shower tiles. The other had a broken hair dryer. There were also holes in the carpet. Its this kind of attention to detail that makes a four star hotel. A couple of the valet staff were pushy and somewhat rude. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. If you're flying its conveniently located next to the airport. I drove from S.C. so it made no difference. I was billed twice for parking but this was fixed. Valet was slow to get the car. I definitely won't stay here again. Mostly because I have higher standards

i had a ordinary stay, not really what i expected from the photo's on the website the room was clean, the fridge was ok, the parking was horrible could not get out without having assistance from a staff member,

We spent one night at this hotel and it was very clean, staff was great, and ammenitites were good. The Wi Fi connection was atrocius and very slow. Needing to work, it was virtually impossible. :(

The Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel was very confortable and very nice view, bedding was very nice. Close to restaurant and shopping malls. Two things I want to say about I didn't like: Has to pay for the internet access when other Hotels in the area offer this service free and after a long flight from west coast at arrival I have to walk to the front desk because no one answer the phone and I have need for a soap, toothpaste coffe and coffe cup.

Great reception at front desk. Unfortunately they did not inform us that we had to pay for the parking garage on a daily basis. We didn't realize until the last day that we could come and go and pay for one day's charge. So, everyday, we stayed out all day long to avoid having to pay another fee on the same day. This could have all been avoided had we been told the first day that a "pass" was available for a daily charge. Lesson learned~otherwise, the hotel was great, clean rooms, friendly staff and nice pool. To find the hotel from the airport was an adventure. Hard to locate.
