Why?
Don't recommend if you can afford better: airline noise every 30 seconds, impossible to access by private car, elevator out of service crowded remaining two elevators, restaurant mediocre. Main positive is every 15 minute airport shuttle. Maybe for one night layover not for vacation. Valet and bell staff are exceptional. In restaurant instead of saying buffet breakfast is a good value the staff recite the cost of everything you ordered. Bring ear plugs to sleep. South has view of river and golf course. North has view if rental car center. I has it confused with another hotel or wouldn't have booked. Oh they add gratuity to the food check because hotel is booked with lot of international travelers. Only excuse to stay here with all the other choices in Miami is unsuspecting person from Europe or Asia on a tour or airline crew.

Great Stay! Convenient too!
Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. Would stay again in the future. Had a room overlooking the Pool & Golf Course!! Nice.

Staff Excellence
Arriving late and exhausted from overseas we were greeted with extremely friendly efficient and caring staff. My luggage didn't make it and staff were quick to organise necessary items for me to get prepared for the onward flight the next day. Nothing was too much trouble and I can say from my experience in hospitality over the years that the staff at this hotel are absolutely the best Warmest regards Lesley Stephens

Weart traveler
Need to have better Wi Fi Connections in room
We spent one night at this hotel and it was very clean, staff was great, and ammenitites were good. The Wi Fi connection was atrocius and very slow. Needing to work, it was virtually impossible. :(

Science Boy
Great Hotel
It will make the perfect stay if you want to be near the airport to leave the next day. Nice and stylish room, with a great golf course view. Heated swimming pool, free computer and printer access, great room service, and very clean. However it is a 30 minute drive to the Miami beach.
