Affordable overnight stay before a cruise
this hotel is very outdated and the rooms could use some updates. The bed was severely uncomfortable and only 1 pillow per person. Check in and out was very smooth. The best part Of this hotel is the location and accesibility of the tram. Would only recommend for a one night stay before a cruise.

Absolutely horrible!
1st there's no parking lot. Have to pay valet or parking garage. 2nd rooms are small. No mini fridge or microwave. Couldn't keep my daughters milk cold or warm it up. We asked for extra towels for the pool and was told they don't have extras. I warn everyone toavoid this place. Especially if you have a little one. It's better to spend an extra $5-$10 then stay here. You will spend $19 on parking anyways. If you stay here, good luck!

NIGHTMARE HOTEL!!!!
ROOM #303...HORRIBLE SMELL THE MINUTE YOU STEP INTO THE HOTEL!!!! THE ROOM WAS EVEN WORSE!!!! THE WALLS HAD BROWN AND RED SCATTERED STREAKS ALL OVER THEM!!! THE BATHROOM SMELLED LIKE SOMETHING HAD DIED IN THE TUB!!!!! THE TOILET WAS CLOGGED!!!! TILES ALL THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL ARE CRACKED!!!! WORSE OF ALL THIS HOTEL NEEDS AN EXTERMINATOR!!!! THE PICTURES OF THE HOTEL ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NOTHING BUT FALSE ADVERTISING!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! WE CHECKED OUT THE SAME DAY, AND STILL HAD TO RETURN 2 MORE TIMES BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO PROCESS OUR CHECKOUT???? POOL TOWELS ARE NOT WHITE, THEY ARE BROWN FROM DIRT!!!!

The Hosting Experience
Hosting a friend who came to Miami for the first time. Location is amazing! Metromover is almost at the hotel door, and that is helpful. The staff is not the most friendly staff in the world and it comes with a hint of predujice that really makes your day... Complimentary breakfast was there, but didnt feel like taking it, as there are other options nearby.

Good venue for the price you pay
Very good price. Nice rooms. Short walk to a bus to Miami Beach. Pool is small and open to rain. No food joint inside the hotel.

WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE!!!
The girl at the front desk looked like a bum. The beds felt like military beds. They charged me a fee for a safe that I did not use and did not ask for. There was no parking and they wanted to charge me $18 a day for valet. The breakfast was old stale bagels and orange juice. The maid walked in on me naked after nocking and not giving me even 2 seconds to respond. When I complaint about with front desk they sent a pack of angry housekeepers (that were suppose to apologize), but it felt more like an attack. When I went downstairs to complaint to the manager, she herself looked like a bum and told me she couldn't do anything about it in her broken english and then harrased me about what time I was checking out.

three nights at river park
it was very convenient hotel. Reasonably clean. I had to change room after one night as the air con was not functioning properly in the room I was assigned.
