Affordable overnight stay before a cruise
this hotel is very outdated and the rooms could use some updates. The bed was severely uncomfortable and only 1 pillow per person. Check in and out was very smooth. The best part Of this hotel is the location and accesibility of the tram. Would only recommend for a one night stay before a cruise.

Great location if you are leaving on a cruise
Our shower did not work. The room was very large for 3 people. They need to do some major work to bring up to par. It was a great location.

Room in bad shape
Missing door hook, door barely closed, closet broken. Expected mattress stains. Room small and felt dirty. Manager gave impression that all rooms were equally in bad shape. OK but expensive for weekend party trip, but not good at all for bringing significant other. Admittedly, location is great.

The hotel is very dated, with no real amenities at all. Shower leaked constantly, breakfast was a cheap bowl of cereal and danish. Front desk is understaffed.

not the greatest experience
As I arrived the staff was friendly but the room itself was small, didnt have a remote control the walls were dirty and the whole experience made me not want to stay there ever again.
