Hyatt Regency Miami

Well my boyfriend and i went for a week getawa. The hotel was great.. Great service nice and quite environment, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Like 10 minutes away from the south beach area. Would highly reccomend to someone.

Great hotel in a perfect downtown location for business. We got it for a great deal, and the customer service was fantastic. The gym was decent for getting a short workout in, but not completely stocked. If only the WiFi wasn't so expensive it would be perfect (~$13).

It was the first vacation to Miami for my husband and I. We wanted to do some sightseeing while also visiting friends and getting to know Miami Beach and this hotel was the best choice except for parking. If you are planning to rent a car and be in and out of the hotel, it'll cost you $30 per day which is ridiculous in my opinion. We just paid the overnight fee of $12.25 which means planning to get your car out of the parking lot once a day. Other than that, our stay there was very enjoyable – our package came with the business plan which includes internet, breakfast for one person, a bottle of water per day (which we never saw but were not too concerned about) and some other good features. The hotel is on a priceless spot, right next to the Miami River, great view, very centric for the price, only 15 minutes away from Miami Beach and it's connected to the Metromover which is a free light rail option to go to Bayside and explore the area. We noticed that it's mostly a business hotel but saw and talked to many people who were not on business travel and liked it. My only suggestion to the hotel and warning to future guests – please improve the parking options and be aware of parking fees.

Hotel was great. I wouls stay there again. Service was first rate,very friendly. Need to work on food a little.

Was surprised the Business Package which suggested we'd get free breakfasts turned out to only include 1 breakfast. What's with that? The customer service rep ([...]) made it right and gave us two breakfasts. The ohter misleading items was that we were supposed to get free internet access but when you followed the instructions the front desk clerk gave us; it led to a screen which only gave us options from $9.99 a day and up. When we complained to the service person; we were told the access in the room was free but we had to pay for the service. Again, Jacqueline made it right and comped us for the internet access.Finally, the consierge had no clue there was a free tram around the city which was located right next door. We specifically asked about that and she was clueless or didn't under English. I'm 60 years old and English is my first language.

This hotel is beautiful! Staff was attentive & accommodating. Rooms were spacious. Beds were extremely COMFORTABLE!!!! Only downfall was that all their balconies were sealed so you couldn't take full advantage of the view but that's alright. Overall great experience.

stayed here pre-cruise and had a wonderful experience, the staff,decor, room, and food were very nice, will for sure stay here again even though we requested a non smoking room and did'nt get one the staff was very apolegetic and gave us a free breakfast buffett!!! thank you!!

its was just vacations, very nice elegant hotel. Very upset of a situation that happen!!!!! not helpful enought!!!!!

Was nice. No free parking. That's the only down of it. Excelent location.

While we were there we visited downtown shops, south beach, jungle island, and the seaquarium. The hotel didn't have the bayview. The hotel was old, but well decorated. The city was beautiful and the people were kind. Cab drivers drove crazy.
