Hotel Indigo MIAMI DADELAND

The hotel was awesome..Free parking....and nice hardwood floors. Very clean and awesome location...close to shopping and freeway.

The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and were very fast in helping me to my room and in providing directions. I'm looking to stay again...

I was an all right hotel, yet it was not a very satisfied experience. I booked a standard room with two twin beds, yet when I got there, they did not have what I booked for. They offered me a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. It was not very convenient.

I am a premium member of another hotel group and was disappointed at the value versus experience of this hotel. Apart from the dirty floor carpets, there was an exposed electrical box with wires above the one bed, my neighbor had a pet (dog) in his room, the provided "shampoo" literally poured out of its container, the TV reception was really poor and finally, the in-room coffee maker produced dirty particles - I could not drink the coffee supplied. On the good side - the front desk staff was good and the bed was OK - luckily I was there for one night only!

We have taken the children to Miami Bech. The location was excellent and nearby the dadeland Mall and dining areas. The room was small and lacking a refregirator but overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The staff are lacking attention to the visitors and they seem not to be in a welcoming mood.

The location is awesome, right off U.S. 1. STAFF WAS GREAT, especially the gentleman working the dining area in the mornings, always very accommodating and the breakfast menu was very good. The price we paid for our stay was right in line with other places that we looked into. My wife and I had to attend a wedding at the hammock park, and to our surprise, we were staying only minutes from the park and other venues for the wedding. Only down part was the bed, a little stiff, but nothing compares to your bed at home. I will definitely stay here again, as we have family that lives in the Gables area and Cutler Bay area.

The location is excellent if you have to stay in the Kendall area. Close to many business centers in the region and pretty much across the street from Dadeland Mall (my favorite shopping mall in all Miami area) for the ocasional shopping and/or meal. Besides, you'll have two coffe shops (one of them is a sizable Starbucks) across the street in the strip mall in other corner. The staff was extremely friendly and polite (always in good mood and always helpful)! Besides, this is not one of those hotels that nickel and dime you for services such as parking or parcel delivery to your room (something I use a lot), and these are big pluses to me. As for the hotel itself, I have to say it has one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in a business driven hotel in the region. No carpets, which is another HUGE plus, great bed, sheets, furniture, bathroom and overall design of the room. The parking lot is big enough and free! Everything was spotless clean and the room was equipped with everything I wanted (great TV, Clock Radio, nice lighting, good air conditioning, good closet and lots of drawers) except for for one deal breaker thing, and which is costing them one full star in my review: a fridge. For the life of me I can't find a way to justify the lack of a fridge in a hotel room! I get it that they prefer that you have your meals in their very good cafeteria downstairs which has great meals for a fair price (exactly what you will pay on the coffe shops across the street), and I appreciate the fact they have an Ice Machine on most floors to give you a chance to cool a drink or a bottle of water. But the room fridge is your friend when you need to stock up on fruits, yogurts and other healthy fresh snacks for the time you're spending there. So, I honestly hope they fix this lack of a room fridge issue to make this one of the best options for a fair priced business hotel in the region.

I got there really early and they let me Check in early only thing I couldn't get the King Size bed I originally wanted but was ok since I had my daughter w/ me for one day. [...]in the bar/restaurant in the Lobby was awesome. The pool was clean, the only downfall is that it is on the side of the main traffic so you can hear all the cars going by. I heard a car crash while trying to relax and all the employees ran out to see what happened. There are a few restaurants in the area that are in walking distance if you don't want to eat in the hotel. There is a corner store down the street for quick snack pick ups. The mall is less than a mile away with a few restaurants there as well, including the Cheesecake Factory.

This hotel overall is a superb hotel with extremely polite and attaentive employees, clean, conemplatory setting and close to everything one needed, I do reccomend to select this hotel for your stay in Miami.
