Great location

The location was great for access to Little Havana, South Beach and Key Biscayne. The only issue we had was that we were promised towels out by the pool, and after asking twice and waiting for 40 minutes, we got none. Management was very accomadating, however, and they credited us one day of valet parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Hilton Miami Biscayne Ave

This is an exceptional hotel to reside in the Miami Beach area. It is close to attractions, good golf, and very enjoyable restaurants in the near vicinity. My second stay was as enjoyable as my first. There is no substitute for a quality staff and services.

Nice Hotel

Some reviews of the neighborhood made me apprehensive about making a reservation. I am a suburbanite but I felt comfortable at the Miami Hilton. A few reviewers complained about having to take one elevator to the lobby and a second elevator to the rooms. Get over it, it's not that big of a deal.

Good for an overnight stay

The staff was very friendly and informative when we asked questions. The location was perfect because it was a short cab ride to the port.

Don't let the Hilton name fool ya

. The cheap tickets website mention a serenity bed. I found out late that was just Hiltons fancy word for their mattress. I thought I was getting a room with 2 queen beds and a couch bed. Only to find out I wasn't when I arrived. Front desk staff had a lil attitude when I checked in downstairs but I let that go. When I opened the door to the room and realized there was no couch bed I called downstairs to the front desk. I was put on hold and ten mins later still not responded to I had to call back. Manager not helpful. Was told I could get a roll away bed and then called back 5 mins later and was told due to fire regulations I could not. Front staff obviously needs more training including management on how to treat customers. They should take pointers from the vallet or the guy who brought our bags down. They provided excellent customer service. After I mentioned my issue on Twitter I was immediately responded to by someone at Hilton who handles customer complaints. He was EXTREMELY helpful it redeemed the Hilton name with me somewhat. He spoke to the hotel before calling me, did his homework and did was able to get the hotel to at least issue a credit for my parking. I can honestly say that phone call made a huge difference. This hotel wasn't as close to bayside as I wanted to be. While it was nice. It was not worth the $ spent. Goes to show you that just b/c it's a fancy name doesn't mean you will get a fancy room or great service.

Nice hotel, poor location

My fiance and I enjoyed the hotel and the service provided. We found the staff to be extremely accommodating. We arrived at the hotel 3 hours prior to our check in time and the staff was very prompt about finding us a room and getting us situated. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered us help at every turn. The downfall to this hotel is the location. It is not located in the nicest part of town and is not within walking distance of anything tourist friendly. If you are in town for business this hotel would work, but if you are in town on vacation you may want to consider other options.

Nieghbor Hood needs help!

Location is nice - nice views of water and city, but neighborhood could use some help. We went across street for some soft ice cream and one place equipment was broken and we were approached by a panhandler. Went to other place and again were approached. The next morning same again. Nice place to stay, but City needs to clean up panhandlers

BaySide Mall either by walking or free people mover in a nice place to visit, shop and eat. Only drawback again are panhandles in area of hotel and on many streets
