Executive accommodations and amenities, lagoon setting
This upscale hotel is just 10 minutes from Miami International Airport. It is equipped with meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment and a business center. Hilton Miami Airport
Very ordinary room coffee maker, not working properly. Even when the unit was replaced. Server at the Restaurant with unpleasant BO. Recommend use of deodorant. Positive: Restaurant Asst. Manager extra pleasant, going out of his way to help us. Valet parking slow, confused and not helpful. Front Desk not providing with instructions and means to get the gate open when leaving the hotel. Maintenance people now willing to help with this

The Hotel Café has very good food. The prices are high, but the dishes offered are well prepared Recommend the Cuban Paella.

I stayed at this hotel because i was scheduled for surgery in miami. With limited mobility the staff was not helpful at all. No one was friendly and my caretaker found it difficult to find someone she could communicate with in english about my needs. The room was clean and nice but the staff left something to be desired.

Layover hotel
Perfect for our layover. Great location. Very comfortable... Wish the restaurant was still open when we got there.. We could have ordered room service but chose not to..

Where is our luggage?
Arrived at hotel. Was promptly greeted. Had to pay to park in hotel parking lot! Porter loaded our luggage and we went inside to check in.Porter disappeared. I started to wheel our luggage and was promptly told that porter will bring luggage up to our room immediately. Waited in our room for half an hour, no luggage. Called front desk... luggage on its way. Waited another 15 minutes... still no luggage. I went down to retrive our luggage. It is no where to be found. Went back to our room. 10 more minutes... still no luggage. Called again. It will be right there. A total of 65 minutes it finally shows up. Manager called to apologize and offer free dinner. Nice gesture but not a way to run a hotel. Especially a Hilton! Also, we had a room facing the runway of the airport.. Not a good idea! VERY noisy!!!

Great clean luxury hotel
Great swimming pool and jacuzzi, the food was amazing and at a great price. the service was perfect, the rooms were clean and the beds were very cmfortable. i will stay at this hotel every time i fly into miami for business.

Great hotel!
The hotel is really close to the airport, approx. 12 minutes by the free shuttle. Staff is really nice, room comfort are just perfect even if there was no bar in the room and the bed size was just regular. If you wanna go to the downtown you shouldn't go to this hotel since you have to take a cab and pay around 25-30$. Except this point, hotel situation is great, pool, restaurants and services are perfect. Don't hesitate!

good family gataway
the staff was very kind.. I didnt like the food at all.. very expensive and nothing extraordinary for that price... the room was big but i didnt like the decoration and the bed was not clean... in fact i found one blood spot in the sheets which was very disgusting ... something you would never expect for a hotel like that...

overnight stay
I stayed for a night before my cruise and it worked out perfect. Decent area, very clean, free shuttle from airport, $30 cab ride to port of Miami.

Picked this hotel for the location. pick up from the airport was the worst. the driver was the worst. driver ever. He stated the van was full and he would be back in 12mins. 25 mins later he still had not returned so i called the hotel someone there said the van was at the airport. 15 mins later they told me the same thing after one hour he showed up. I would stay here again due to the location and they have a bus to the cruise ship dock.
