Nice Stay
The hotel was nicer than expected. The Resturant was pretty disorganized and had poor service but the food was good. Pool was a bit shallow not something to swim in but roof was nice and quiet snd sunny. Anything I needed assistance with the staff was more than helpful. I would stay there again.

The location is perfect to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. room was terrific, a little small, but with the outdoor veranda it was wonderful. the pool on roof top was wow and the cocktails made it all perfect.

LA to Miami
Perfect oasis in heart of SoBe
Chic and stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Miami Beach's best stretch of hotels. Many spots within the hotel to eat, drink, and hang out. A cold Peroni and aperitivo plate overlooking the boulevard was a perfect way to watch the afternoon turn to evening.

Gem in South Beach
Having looked into and stayed at a few hotels in South Beach, I am well aware of the high costs generally paid for even a remotely nice hotel. The Gale offered comfort, amazing service, and cleanliness for a great deal - what a great find. Would highly recommend!

Needs improvement
The hotel is not family oriented. Impossible to have the privacy to take a shower. The staff were helpful as much as could, placing a curtain but it caused big inconvenience to open or close the shower door. Whoever's idea it was to build glass shower room, clearly was not thinking about the family. There is an African-American lady at the reception Not Friendly, Not Helpful at all. Others than her were quite nice. Not enough room for clothes.

We will definitely stay here again. The staff tried but the newness of the restaurants affected their efficiencey. It was not very well organized but that should improve as they get everything sorted out. All of the staff was friendly and helpful except for the two male restaurant hosts. They were a bit rude. The food was good and the location and cleanliness was excellent. There was no room service which is a bit odd but again the place is new and I expect it to improve with experience.
