Good for longer stays
This is a great place for longer stays since it is apartment style, but still reasonably priced. They have all necessary facilities and is at a good location, even near what seems to be a metro stop. Walkable to a lot of things and easy to get around. Good service.

Girls weekend
Hotel is great, a bit understaffed but they responded to my needs in a very timely manner. Rooms are nice and big, and very clean. Only complaint: furniture is a little outdated but if you're not looking for a luxury hotel, this hotel is great.

Girls getaway
Considering the area this hotel was located in, the price was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious maybe a little bit out dated in terms of furniture. Hotel workers were very friendly and always responded appropriately and in a timely manner. Overall, a very comfortable, simple, and affordable place to stay if you don't care about experiencing the "chique" Miami hotels.

Get what you pay for...
One night in Miami you needed heat there wasn't any; no extra blankets etc. It's a condo not a hotel room.

Just on vacation
Fine.
For the location the size is big but the decor and tile are older. It's about time for a renovation. Had a washer and dryer - extra bonus. The gym was a little run down, with some worn out equipment. Most restaurants close to it are more on the expensive side with dinner meals costing at least $15. I'd rather not go back to Miami, but if I did, I would stay here again.

In Hotel
Bring your own food/snacks. I was so thirsty upon arrival to the hotel/apt.complex (yes it was both, SURPRISE), I saw the cold bottles of water and remembered to look before I opened and saw the price for one bottle was the same as a 20 pack at a grocery store. I waited til morning and bought some at a store. (a six pack for $1.50)! Oh and no one mentioned the $20. a day parking, SERIOUSLY??? This was the absoloutely worse experience I have had at a hotel, carpet not vacuumed, no fitted sheets, dining chair worn, leather couches worn and torn, towels dirty, called and asked for clean towels and they were dirty as well. Im in shock here! Blinds were yellowed and one white to replace a missing one. I could go on but I think you get the point.

Great to stay at for Ultra Music Festival
We arrived and got checked-in very quickly. We were told our room got upgraded at no extra charge which included an extra bedroom and bathroom. Although we didn't need them the extra room was nice. Valet service was prompt and it was just $20 a day for valet parking. It was a little annoying that it was the only option for parking but at that price who really cares. The suite we had had two patios, both with a nice ocean view. The restaurant inside the hotel was pretty awful with food that was barley warm and stale tasting and because this hotel is downtown, there isn't much else open late. We asked for some dish detergent and was told it would be brought to our room although it never arrived. No big deal really though. The beds weren't very comfortable but that was understandable since everything was IKEA furniture. As for location, it's less than a block away from the Mover which is a nice way to get around downtown for free. We stayed there for Ultra Music Festival and we were able to walk there from the hotel which was nice. We would stay there again for the price.
