Average...but the beds were not great.
We stayed at the Extended Stay for one night after a cruise before our flight the next morning. They don't have an airport shuttle despite being located near the airport which is odd. The place was okay considering the price. We paid 140 with the taxes. The only problem was the beds were NOT comfortable at all. I'd stay at another Extended Stay but much preferred the Best Western we stayed at near the airport at the beginning of our trip.

Clean, good for short stay,
Staff was friendly, help us to rent a car for reasonable price, rooms are clean definitely worse the price paid. Don’t expect anything out of ordinary from ordinary hotel

Vacation Stay
This hotel had a very convenient location. Before checking in at the hotel I didnt know what to expect. The front desk was friendly, the room was good, bed was comfy. The only downside is that there is no room service if you are staying for less than a week. We didn't have a problem with this, but for others this may be a turn off. This hotel is recommended for those wanting to explore miami. Very nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

Some things good, some bad.
Bare bones of a hotel w/few amenities (a pool wouldn't hurt). Not too far from downtown Miami, which was great. Many businesses & restaurants around the hotel (I recommend the Red Zone sports bar). The staff was amazing. I recommend you double-check your reservation with them after you book it. They stuck me in a smoking room, despite me reserving a non-smoking room.
