Budget-friendly stay near the airport with free shuttle, pool and restaurant
Enjoy modern facilities with a tropical feel at the Day's Inn Miami Airport North. Located conveniently close to the Airport North, the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport, the surrounding area and the cruise ship terminal. Good accommodation when on a budget
Well worth the price paid. Room very comfortable, bathroom very clean though a tad small. A flat screen TV was more than I expected so that was a welcomed bonus.

Good transportation
The only positive thing I can say about it was the free pick-up at the airport and delivery to the port for a cruise. Otherwise it was dirty, older than dirt, they tried to put us in a room with a double bed when the reservation was clearly for a queen. The door key didn't work. It was overall dumpy.

We stayed in room 249 upstairs the main building, the room was a smoking room which we did not request and that the hotel staff told us could not be changed if they tried to remove te scent of smoke by spraying, this work only to me awaken to what must smell like you were living in a ash tray, to make matters worse our room was located above some kind a bar with continued noise nuisance that put us to sleep, the telephone., inside the room doesn't ring even though the ringer was on, The tv looked like I needed to have stood atop the roof to move an antennae to remove the grain from the tv. The experience was horrible tonsay the last I would never recommend or say at another days inn, I have also instructed my staff at my small business never to......

not that great
stayed here one night before a cruise. Pouring rain with lots of luggage and two kids-not much help from the staff to get to our room which was in another building on the second floor. everything was drenched. the room was dank and smelled of old cigarette smoke.

Took a while to get picked up but check-in was a breeze. Bed was comfortabe enough but toilet kept running every 20 seconds, ended up turning it off until next morning. Breakfast was pricy but good. Transportation to ship was on time and well organized.

Best staff of any place I've stayed
I rate this place "Top Notch" with no second thoughts. Although the hotel itself was clean, and what most people would consider average, what makes this place so awesome is their staff and attitude. These people were the most courteous, most helpful and define the word "service" in every respect. We never had to touch our bags from the time the shuttle picked us up at the airport. The gentleman who brought our bags to the room even went in ahead of us, turned on the lights, showed us the room, and made sure everything met our expectations and comfort before leaving. Most places talk about service - These people define it.

Miami stay - night before Cruise
Adequate, very convenient. Needed a place to stay for the night before heading to Port of Miami for a Cruise. The beauty of this hotel is their free shuttle pick up from the airport then their free shuttle to the Port of Miami on Cruise day. Majority of people are there for that reason. It is very limited for places to eat, not in a very safe location for wondering around after dark. Priced well, comfortable, no extras.

Excellent place so stay the night before boarding a Cruise at Port of Miami. Shuttles are free, they know where you need to be for boarding and at what time. Very helpful.
