Great for what I was looking for
I had a great experience at this hotel. I was in the perfect location for food and an easy ride to the airport, downtown, as well as south beach. I felt safe and secure and parking was very secure.

The hotel was great. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was very close to everything and was on a main strip that had restaurants and malls etc.. It was also nicely renovated.

Great Stay
Helpful staff, very comfortable room, free parking, nice hot breakfast including freshly prepared egg dish. Great Latin restaurants nearby. Would return.

The staff is really nice and helper. The bed super comfortable and awesome, after driving 16 hours, is so really good , room cleaning and nice bed. Only complaint in the breakfast, need more variety, and organization. The forks is colocated in wrong position. In general I recomended for all people want a have a nice stay.

Fire Alarm!
Hotel was decent - no frills, basic complimentary breakfast. However, I was concerned to hear that night manager (not sure of exact title) turned off the fire alarm rather than wait for the FIRE MARSHALL to confirm that the fire was extinguished! I heard the fire marshall thoroughly reprimanded him. There seemed to be no effort ensure that the hotel was completely evacuated either. No real protocol seemed to be in place in case of fire.

great location
the beds were so comfortable after a long day of touring. the staff was friendly and helpful. the free breakfast was not so great, some of the food was cold and hard. other than that our stay was comfortable.

Best Kept Secret
The hotel is new. The decoration is beautiful. The place is clean and the staff is super nice. I will come back in a heart beat! And, bonus: a full breakfast! Loved it!

Airport overnight
Don't plan for timely airport shuttle. Arriving at 5:30 pm, waited until after 7:20 for hotel shuttle to arrive and take us less than 3 mi. Morning shuttle begins at 5:00am, so if you are planning to catch an early am international flight that requires 3-4 hr early check-in plan on a taxi and extra expense. Hotel restaurant not without sign, only one menu found later, and tuna sandwiches visible in a cooler. Burger King across the street was the only close meal service.

I love the hotel and the newly design model. The breakfast (eggs) what was that? We were picked up at the airport by the shuttle and they let us check-in early. Thank you for that.. Overall rating I would give Best Western Priemer a 9 1/2. Thank you once again.. 39th birthday celebration.
