A bit scarey as door lock are flimsy. Place is run down. It earns its two stars.

That describes it! The rooms at the good price are in their un-remodeled section. Carpet was deteriorated and filthy pulled up and bare in sections. Electric outlets didn't work. Whole unit stunk. Bathroom was disgusting. Wife refused to stay there so when I asked about switching rooms the Manager offered one on the other side for an up charge of 60 dollars or twice the price. Asked for a refund and was told to try to get it from O. We stayed at a nice room at another well known chain 4 blocks away for 20 dollars more. After 3 phone calls I'm getting a credit voucher for future travel. This was a baaad experience.

The customer service was fantastic! From the shuttle to the front door service. Loved that they had free continental breakfast and awesome service. The pool area is open 24/7 and clean. Now when you first walk in it is a very clean, pretty place. They are definitely remodeling and cleaning. You walk down the hall, turn the corner and then you realize that the beauty is the entrance and the path to the restaurant and pool. Everything else is like a motel. The room was clean, but it did not feel clean. You have a box tv in which it favors a red tint and is not clear. The bathroom is like an old bathroom that you just want need to renovate. On part of the wall it looked as if someone smeared a terrible huge booger. Overall if they renovate the rooms like they are in the front this place is a gem.

The hotel lobby is modern and appealing to the eye, but don't walk past that area!!! The place is dingy, delapodated, and has a stinge. The people in the area are "questionable" (the cash paying kind# and the airport shuttle only runs once per hour and doesn't take you anywhere else...service is not a priority. We basically checked in #from the nice lobby# and immediately checked out after the dingy walk upstairs to the "seedy" room with a not so pleasant window view. Not only would I not recommend this place, I'd warn against it!!!

The hotel is old and needs improvements, but everything that has been done is just bad "patchwork." Paint peeling off the walls, there was some damage to the carpet right in front of the bathroom and I accidentally stepped on a nail walking out of the shower. The breakfast isn't great either. After considering the limited options, I went with the bagel, which was hard and dry. Hotel is good for sleeping, but that's about it.

The word I selected above is the only one apt to describe this room. The lobby of the hotel is being remodeled and looks nice. The room was DIS........ Never again!! I would NOT stay in this room if I were paid $ 100 a night.

We booked the cheapest room since we were only staying one night. The lobby and front of the hotel looked very nice, but once you walked back to the old section which hasn't been renovated, it looked like you were walking through a crack house. The room we rented had the bathroom floor caving in. The shower knobs had rust stains going all the way to the floor of the shower. The mattress was horrible and probably the worst quality mattress you could ever buy. We complained about the deception they used to lure guests in, so they offered us a renovated room for only $30 more. The renovated room was ok, but I'd still give it a one star. Save yourself the headache and grief and do not stay here!!!!!

After being in a third world country I was looking forward to a good hot shower. At this hotel it didn't happen. There was rust on the hinges to the bathroom door and tape on the light switch to keep light on in bathroom. No washclothes, warm water.Very dirty carpets, , you should be ashamed to have this hotel on your listing.

as no shuttle bus for at least two hours arrived by taxi($28)room was disgusting,the smell was terrible.thankfully only there for one night.
