This is not a 4 star hotel
we took the wrong elevator (odd numbers/pair numbers) we had hard time to get help then were directed to the wrong direction by cleaning staff. We did not get shampoo for 4 days even though I mentioned to staff until the last day after I asked again. The worst part was one day I dried my face with the small towel and my mascara stain was on the towel. Next day when we came back from Disney, the same towel was folded and placed as new with my mascara stain. Day before we left our room was left as is not cleaned. won't go there again !! Did not like that there was only one grocery shopping around expensive not so fresh fruits.

You can take Lynx bus 111 right from the MCO airport for $2.00 to Sear World, and from there Bus 50 that takes you right in front of the airport. all for $2.00 (take a transfer from the driver at bus 111)

We had a great experience with a minor upgrade we were able to see Downtown Disney from our 19th floor window. The ability to walk to DD was super as we were able to do this on several evenings. The laundry facilities were very convienant as we were able to indulge in the pool area nearby while the clothes were being done.. The shuttle service to the Disney Parks was easy and convenient. Girls Vacation 2013
Great Getaway
We had a great time @ this hotel. Very close to Down Town Disney and close too all sorts of shopping. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that could be different would be to leave the pool open all nite and hot tub. At least for adults after 11pm.. I will stay there again.

Great location
The hotel is ideally located next to Downtown Disney and has beautiful rooms. The temperature control was not the best and a balcony would have made this hotel ideal.

Girls Disney Weekend
Overall we had a good experience. We only had two complaints. The staff wasn't as friendly as we would have hope for example we got called over to the check in then the lady just did something on the computer and didn't even say hello please give me a minute or anything. The sheets were rough even though the bed was comfortable. The good things was the locations was great, you can walk to Downtown Disney and the parks are a short bus ride away. Also, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wyndham hotel Disney World
Coffee machine was broken it took over an hour to get it replaced. The iron did not work as well and other hour to get that replaced. The hotel is like a motel nothing like the Wyndham Hotels I have stayed in the past. The bar was never open!!! After paying in full they wanted a resort fee!!! Per night!!! I would NOT recommend this hotel/motel to anyone

Do not be fooled by the four star rating
This was my ninth visit to the Walt Disney World resort. I decided to stay off Disney property at the Wyndham, after staying at another Wyndham location in Boca Raton, Florida earlier this year. Upon check in the staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. They will charge you to park your vehicle and for use of the shuttle that broke down. Also the rooms are small and dumpy. We were put in the side rooms that had outdoor entrances. I would never stay off Disney property again. The Wyndham was a complete and total rip off.

Simple for spending the night
Location is just a few steps from DownTown Disney. Transportation to Disney parks is available and free. People working at the hotel are warm and make you feel welcome. The halls outside the rooms seem dirty and need remodeling. The air conditioning tubes and filled with spiders' webs.
