PERFECT LOCATION!!
This hotel has an amazing pool! The staff was so nice and helpful I loved staying here. The room was a little bit smaller than I thought but it was still comfortable for three people. It's within walking distance of restaurants and is literally 4 minutes walking from down town Disney! Perfect! :)

Definitely go see the Pirate Adventure Dinner! It's a little pricey but COMPLETELY worth every penny! Also gatorland! Again a little pricey but so worth while! :)

very satisfied
Hung out by the pool and enjoyed free towels and lounge chairs. The room service meals were very good. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. they play area for small children was nice as was the free parking and wi-fi.

for cigar smokers; Sosa's cigar shop in downtown disney sells great cigars at reasonable prices. Try the Sosa vintage cigar.

Mediocre at best
While the grounds and room were clean, the food was fair and over priced. I would compare the food to that of Baker's Square but Cheesecake Factory prices. I would compare the resort to a Holiday Inn and would not give this resort 4 stars. I was expecting something like the W but for kids. On the flip side, my children had a great time which in hindsight is most important.

Payed for more than what we got
4 first nights really good but then Bad service: 5th night: ran out of toilette paper, no shower towels at all, NO coffee and coffee machine dirty. 6th night: coffe machine dirty and no coffee ñor tea. 7th night: dirty coffee machine. 8th night: dirty coffe machine. And all of these even I complained with front desk and cleaning lady!.

Disney Fan for life
Great Location for fun
I could not have asked for better service the front desk was polite, efficient, and quick. I had a light go out in the room and maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The only down side was the person who was running the lobby lounge area he needed a lesson in personality. I would stay here again if the occassion arises.

A great vacation
It was the first time we were able to travel with our 5 year old grand-daughter. She was thrilled to meet the other characters Our itinnerary was perfect,I will book with you the next time I travel. Our First family Disney getaway
Staying at this hotel was great for us. Neither of us drive and we were able to visit various parks easily by van or taxi. Downtown Disney was a quick walk across the street. Hreat shops, restaurants and entertainment. We visited magic kingdom, sea world, AMC theatre, Cirque De Soliel, and outlets. My grandson loved the pool and we pretty much enjoyed the frozen drinks at the grill. Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to going back although their was an additional daily surcharge of $16.

Long walk from hotel
Discovered On the opposite direction of the hotel a strip of restaurants and a small market. If I would have found earlier I would have purchased some foods and beverages and taken to hotel.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They allowed an extended check out at no additional cost. Very well kept and clean, just wish the rooms were a little bigger. All and all a great experience and you are in walking distance to Downtown Disney and Marketplace.
