Nice getaway!
The hotel staff were the best part about this recent vacation to Disney. From check-in to check-out each staff person who assisted us gave us first class service. Everyone was kind, courteous, helpful and interested to help us have an excellent experience at the Wyndham, Lake Buena Vista, FL. We stayed in an older section of the hotel. Although the rooms were very clean, recently updated and the beds were comfortable. Disney World was close by and the hotel would shuttle you. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment (Downtown Disney) were all within walking distance.

Booked for the Princess Half Marathon
My daughter and I were very pleased with the location and extra care given to ensure we made it to the race on time. We will deflinitely rebook for this in the future. The location was great - just across the street from Downtown Disney and pool area is great. Wasn't aware of the FL Room fee but was only $16. Overall - really good experience

Walls very thin
Super thin walls. Could hear a normal conversation through the walls. Staff was unaware of several hotel guest accommodations.

Southernmost
Average at best
An experience of contrasts. Great welcome by valet car guys. Long lines at check in. Then, an unexpected, and unwelcome, and too long spiel that was meant to get us to go visit their time share for a harder sell. Dinner was good food, but the dining room was set up just like an all-night coffe shop, complete with bright lights and upside coffee cups and no table cloth. Come on guys, if you're dropping $32 bucks on a steak, how about a table cloth and dim the lights a little. And breakfast? How about an average scrambled eggs buffett, with a brief handshake from a disney character for, get this....$100 for me, my wife and daughter, when you include an average tip. Small room was clean and comfortable. We will surely check out many more places before returning to the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista.

Great Hotel

Orlando Stay
The resort fee is overly expensive and for internet access one has to pay extra. I paid extra for Lake View but the Hotel did not honor this and I was not given lake view.

missing the details
4 of us stayed for 4 nights, had to contact housekeeping for a set of towels every night. Disappointing. Also the parking is very limited. People parking any and everywhere, blocking cars in. Snack shop - grossly over priced. It was clean, quiet and close to everything.
