Nice hotel. Nothing "new" about this hotel but the location was prime for attending House of Blues concert. Staff personable, I would go back:) Great pool area for kids:)

Average hotel, but good value
I loved being so close to Downtown Disney, but this is just an average hotel. Very small rooms but very comfortable beds. Swimming pool is nice, but al in all is missing the wow factor.

Fair family getaway
Hotel location good, close to shopping conveniences, ocean trip only an easy 45 min. Hotel needs daily easy take-out restaurant as it is children friendly who require meals and filling up at a moments notice and going out breakfast lunch and dinner and bundling up kids away from the pool is a chore and treats in room don't do it. Staff most cheerful and accommodating but service desk staff, did not explain trolley services properly and cost us a cab ride back to hotel. Always had to ask for towels and toilet paper but was brought to our room promptly. Pillows were brutally bad, and beds sink in middle, and need replacing. My biggest complaint is the $16 hotel amentinities charge, as that pool was never warm enough for me to go in, and little kids could not stay in it. Complaining did no good, and the only time it got warm was if the sun hit it. It should be kept at 82* and it was colder than the ocean which was 75* and surfers had wet suits on. I resent the fee, when the pool is unusable and intend to notify the Head Office.The Disney marketplace across the street was most enjoyable, and especially to be able to walk to it. The staff made our stay pleasurable and the convenience of location.

Deceptive
Beware that you are basically paying for a motel room. It's not a hotel. It almost reminds me of motel 6 or some other two star motel. It was clean and convenient to walk across the street to downtown Disney. If you are looking for a resort type feel and atmosphere this is not it!!!

I paid additional $10 for lake view ,but the room they gave me does not have the view.Breakfast is not included. You need to pay $12 for Wi-Fi per day. Staffs are not nice . The hotel has a pool ,i was just there a day.Overall 2 out 5.
