We just needed somewhere decent to crash after the Taylor Swift concert, so didn't really take in all that they had to offer. It was clean.

Dissatisfied Couple
Hotel Website Photos Were Very Misleading - Things Missing From Room
In short, the best part of our stay at this hotel was finally leaving it. We felt our money was wasted on poor accommodations and service. This resort is more like a 2 start hotel at best. Sheets were dirty and our camera is missing from our room. Hope our review helped.

Vacation
I was disappointed in the fact that you are charged for amentites when you check in. Which that is fine, but the fact that when we wanted to use the pool there was not enough chairs to accomadate the guest. Also we had to change rooms at our request & our new room did not have a remote we had to wait until the next day to get it.

Wonderful Visit to Disney
The entire staff was very friendly & helpful. All staff members from the front desk to housekeeping were very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Coffee shop in lobby very convenient & the soup was delicious. Appreciated coffee & frig in the room. Bus to the parks very convenient. Only complaint is street noise made sleeping a little hard.

Great location
The hotel is ideally located next to Downtown Disney and has beautiful rooms. The temperature control was not the best and a balcony would have made this hotel ideal.

Prime location
Good hotel, nice pool, great location --- small rooms, but tidy. Friendly staff. Nothing major to brag about except that the location is right across the street from downtown Disney. Reasonably priced.

Does The Job
I stayed at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista for 3 nights in late March with my 5 year old for her birthday. I loved the convenience and proximity to all of the Disney parks. The shuttle picks you up every 1/2 hour and takes you to any park. You do have to stop off at two other hotels and the bus gets really crowded. Also, their pick up from the parks back to the hotels are a bit spotty and confusing. Also, if you ask for a standard room, note that it is an outside room with entrance from a outdoor walkway. If you're into that then great. If not you'll need to upgrade. That's about it really.
