Not fancy but comfy and awesome
Love the fact that the minute you open the door to your room you're already outside!! Staff were super nice and it's like 5 mins by walk to downtown Disney It's as well a nice view with the landscape and pool I completely and totally recommend this hotel to anyone that's wants to be close to all kinds of Disney and not be stuck on the resort

Short drive from hotel
Since there's a fridge I would recommend buying some groceries at Walmart And instead of paying to buy breakfast every morning, why not make your own, like a bowl of cereal and fruit and stuff Also good to keep snacks for when going to Disney parks

We had a great experience with a minor upgrade we were able to see Downtown Disney from our 19th floor window. The ability to walk to DD was super as we were able to do this on several evenings. The laundry facilities were very convienant as we were able to indulge in the pool area nearby while the clothes were being done.. The shuttle service to the Disney Parks was easy and convenient. Great Location for fun
I could not have asked for better service the front desk was polite, efficient, and quick. I had a light go out in the room and maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The only down side was the person who was running the lobby lounge area he needed a lesson in personality. I would stay here again if the occassion arises.

A great vacation
It was the first time we were able to travel with our 5 year old grand-daughter. She was thrilled to meet the other characters Our itinnerary was perfect,I will book with you the next time I travel. Our First family Disney getaway
Staying at this hotel was great for us. Neither of us drive and we were able to visit various parks easily by van or taxi. Downtown Disney was a quick walk across the street. Hreat shops, restaurants and entertainment. We visited magic kingdom, sea world, AMC theatre, Cirque De Soliel, and outlets. My grandson loved the pool and we pretty much enjoyed the frozen drinks at the grill. Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to going back although their was an additional daily surcharge of $16.

Discovered On the opposite direction of the hotel a strip of restaurants and a small market. If I would have found earlier I would have purchased some foods and beverages and taken to hotel.

Good for the price
For the price and location, it doesn't get much better than this. We were within walking distance to Downtown Disney, and there were regular shuttles to take us to the Disney parks. Our only major issue was that the bathroom still had soap, shampoo, etc. in the shower from the previous guests, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned. After we called about it, they took care of it and all was fine.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They allowed an extended check out at no additional cost. Very well kept and clean, just wish the rooms were a little bigger. All and all a great experience and you are in walking distance to Downtown Disney and Marketplace.
