Westgate Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista

Check in consists of paying for your room then you will be passed along to a kid trying his hardest to sign u up for a timeshare presentation and then when that doesn't work he trys to sell u a four day package! After about 20-30 minutes of wasting my time and continously telling him no u finally get your keys and allowed to go to your room. The room was really clean and spacious and I would visit again. ...But I DON'T want to here the timeshare mess!

We only stayed at Westgate Blue Tree one night, but it was perfect for us. Spacious room and very close to Disney. Staff very accommodating, allowing us to check in early, but the best was my wife left something in the room, and the head of security called us after we had checked out to come claim it! Excellent, friendly service. Highly Recommended.

My brothers and cousin met up for a weekend in orlando. We saw the theme parks there and the hotel was real close to downtown disney. We loved the kitchen (It was cheaper than eating out every meal), the pools were nice (2 of them are heated), and the staff was real friendly and professional. The room had a decent fold-out (which is pretty comfortable if you stack a couple of blankets under the mattress pad and sheets they give you for it), it was mild enough that we didn't use them all. Again, a good room for a pretty good deal.

Location is close enough to the downtown Desny. Both driving and walking

We were not pleased with our stay. The heat in the room was turned off in the complex. We had to wrap up in blankets to warm up in our room. When we checked in for our stay we were greeted by a very unfriendly staff member. We inquired about a shuttle to the attractions and were told they do not have a shuttle. (However, my son was also staying there and they were given a flyer with shuttle times for pick up for the attractions.) Every question we asked was met by an abrupt answer giving us the feeling we were disturbing her with our check in. We have stay at a few other places in Orlando and had very friendly and helpful staff to assist us. We would never stay here again and have already passed on to friends and family our impressions.

Not the least expensive , but has everything we need, other than washer/dryer. Love full kitchen (proper oven) enabling eating in if needed The pools are clean and well cared for The resort is quiet yet close to Disney, other attractions and services. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful After 23 years of travelling to Orlando we feel we have found a little gem

we went there for a week we had an infant and because i called in advanced they had already put in the room a crib and a high chair. Also i had a family member that had some back problems so we coulndt be in the second floor and they were happy to put us in a first floor room. The villa was great, the accomodations were perfect, we had clean towels every day, they respected our privacy and the staff was wonderful and nice i am definetly coming back. Ohh and everything was near, disney, universal evry atracttion. I loved it.

We took our daughter to a concert and needed a room for her and her friend to share. With a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, the price was right!

Only problem was the evening traffic on main road, but hey, its Orlando? Other than that, when we got there the staff was friendly and they were actually sold out of the 1 bedroom villas but the upgraded us to 2 bed villa free of charge. Room was very clean, and we had a terrific poolside view. If you have a large family this would be a perfect choice for the value!
