Clean

I was surprised to learn we had to pay for parking a rental car on the lot every day, and that there was a charge for internet and water (2) per day, per room, when there was no computer.

Walt Disney World Swan

The best thing about the Swan is it's location. It's a very convenient walk to both EPCOT and the Hollywood Park. If ou don't want to walk, there is a boat that will take you to both parks. Getting to the other Disney parks is relatively easy - they're a simple bus ride away. However, the busses will add anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes on to your day depending on where you're going and what other stops the bus has to make.

Very Pleasant Convention Stay

Had a Great stay at the Swan! I was there for a convention that was held at the Dolphin and found Everything convenient. The location was right next to the Dolphin, pools and waterfall slides, bars, Great Dining places, the boardwalk was right there as well. Epcot is also super close, but we didn't even leave that area! Definitely would go there again on my next Walt Disney stay!

Swan

The hotel and grounds were very nice. Be prepared for a $10 a day resort fee. 2 bottles of water & what else I don't know. I didn't get water 2 out of 7 nights. Also be prepared for $11/day self parking. I guess that's so you stick with Disney transportation and don't leave the property. Most staff was very pleasant. But about 10% needed to realize they are in the customer service business. Overall if you overlook the things mentioned it was a nice place. Next time I will probably stay offsite and pay a lot less and get a lot more.

Pay the same $ add in the resort fee and parking fee or not and you'll get a lot more staying offsite.
