Complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will now be able to access complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms as well as in select common areas within the resort hotel, including restaurant locations, bus load zones, feature pools, arcades, convention spaces (if applicable) and the porte cochere.
Disney Hotel Resort guests also enjoy their Extra Magic Hours Benefit. On select days, Disney Resort hotel guests can enter a Disney Theme Park an hour early-and on select evenings, enjoy a Park up to two hours after regular closing time. That's when lines may be shorter and the weather can be more comfortable. Guests have time for a midday break or a dip in the pool. Great Disney Hotel
This was a great value for us. The bus service to all the parks was fast. The amenities including pool facilities were excellent. Short walk to eating areas. Quality of counter food average. Service avg. Room was very clean with many towels. Have stayed here 5 times before. Would stay at Riverside again.

Short walk from hotel
Look to the parks, or other resort hotels for upscale dining. Ask for room close to secondary pools. They are less crowded and just as nice. A tip to your maid brings towel animals that are very cute.

Very Family Friendly
The Disney Port orleans -Riverside was more than I expected and the staff WAS AWSOME, I was remainded at all times that I was in Disney World and not on Planet Earth anymore. The was spacious and well arranged, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, which you really need after walking all day the parks. It was just a great experience.

Satying in a Disney hotel makes everything so much easier, if you drive to the parks your parking is FREE you save $10 a day or you can take disney's transportation until 2 am!

Room was comfortable, a 2 sink vanity area was great along with ample space to store items. The Waterview option provided quiet surroundings.

Disney Trip
Room was very comfortable, neat and clean. Had to ask for extra towels and stuff, but I do that in all hotels we stay at (had 4 people this time in room). Staff accomodated us very quickly. Location to Disney via bus was excellent and wait was always less than 10 minutes. Pool was very clean, kids loved it.

Frequent at Dolphin
Better than expected
I stayed at this resort while traveling on business; i.e, without the family. While staying at a Disney resort without my wife and kids felt very strange, the atmosphere was very welcoming and the facilities and cleanliness were high, as typical for Walt Disney World. I particularly liked the food court, which has a huge variety and is surprisingly good. So, whether traveling with our without your family, Port Orleans Riverside is a great option.

Nice resort
The Port Orleans Riverside is a comfortable place to stay on Disney property. The staff are all helpful and pleasant and the grounds are impeccably maintained. Rooms are immaculate. Transportation to Disney parks and Downtown was very easy. The only negatives are the size of the resort (which could be a positive) may translate to a long walk to the restaurants/shuttle stops and the food may get repetitive which is a factor everywhere in Disney.

Family friendly
We would have liked to see a more reasonable restaurant on the property and be more informed about how to get around the property without a car. The signs on the Disney Property are confusing and the letters are small. It would be nice if the gate people would offer a map and directions. We were tired and lost. The room was very nice, especially the bathroom, love the two oldfashion sinks and the separate tub and toilet room.

Very nice Disney Resort
Very cozy hotel, beautiful exterior and the rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately no room service but pizza is available 24-7. Great place for the $$

The Port orleans Riverside was very comfortable with easy access to all amenities and very friendly staff. The housekeeping staff was extremly friendly and went out of their way to please my wife by making her special little wash cloth and towel animals.
