Complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will now be able to access complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms as well as in select common areas within the resort hotel, including restaurant locations, bus load zones, feature pools, arcades, convention spaces (if applicable) and the porte cochere.
Disney Hotel Resort guests also enjoy their Extra Magic Hours Benefit. On select days, Disney Resort hotel guests can enter a Disney Theme Park an hour early-and on select evenings, enjoy a Park up to two hours after regular closing time. That's when lines may be shorter and the weather can be more comfortable. Guests have time for a midday break or a dip in the pool. Then the gang will be ready to head back to the same Theme Park for more fun! Don't forget your Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option! Exhausted, excited travelers
Great location for the price!
After an 18 hour drive we arrived at 3:00AM and inquired if our room was available. Yes, they had a room for an additional $180.00. However, at 6:00 am it was available at no additional charge. Telling two exhausted children on their first trip to Disney we had to go back to the car and wait was very dissapointing to them. This was bad customer service for weary travelers. Overall a great hotel.

Disney Vacation
We were looking for a inexpensive hotel for a quick weekend get away. We often go to Disney but usually stay at Port Orleans Riverside. We decided to try a value resort because the price was amazing. It'll be the last time we stay there. It was noisy, the walls were thin and I'm a light sleeper, so we could hear babies crying, phones ringing, tv's and entire conversations. The staff was disappointing, Disney staff members are usually so polite and engaging, the staff here was a bit gruff. The rooms are very small but also VERY clean! Our 2 year old son loved it, it's very kid friendly, lots for him to look at and see. The location is great if you enjoy Epcot, literally a hop skip and a jump. We just weren't in love with it.

Good accomodations for budget price.
The pools are beautiful, but being open 24 hours can be noisy late into the night which can make sleeping hard for younger children.

Good location for a good price
Public areas of hotel showing wear & tear. Needs painting & better upkeep. Would have liked a small fridge in room. Magical Express was included in reservation & confirmed at check in. The day before leaving we didn't get our scheduled pick up for the next morning. I went to check in desk & we found out we did not have a reservation even though I had an [...] confirmation in my hand. They quickly put us on the reservation list for pick up. If I had not stayed there before & known they hang your pick up time on your door the day before, we would not have been able to leave in time for our flight the next day.

Fun Time.
Everything went very well at The Pop Century Resort. First time to Disney, so I should have researched a little more into resorts that would have better suited a family of 6. Overall we made by without any real problems, and would recommend The Pop Century Resort.

Unless you have a family dining plan, I recommend ordering out when you can. Many places will deliver to the resort, you just have to pick-up your order at the pick-up/drop-off location. Will save you $$$$$!

Good for the money
It is a value resort but the best of all the Disney value resorts. Dedicated bus (not shared with all value resorts) is a nice touch since bus lines can be long. Buildings seem closer to the front desk and food building when compared to other value resorts. It has a motel-like feel but traditionally people do not spend much time at the hotel since you are park-hopping until late at night. Pools are open 24 hours making it nice for a late night swim. For the cost it is a great value and the kids loved it.
