Disney's Pop Century Resort

No complaints about the staff...Very helpful and friendly...Room could have been larger when staying with a family...But very cheerful and clean...

had a great trip to disney. i see no reason to spend at least double the amount of money on another hotel! room was nice and clean and they were very accommodating when our a/c wouldn't go low enough. sent someone immediately! would definitely stay again.

While room was an average "motel like" room, it certainly wasn't worth its price. The Disney buses to and fro were comfortable, however asking people to check in to their planes 3 hours before the flight time essentially killed one day of my vacation. Wi-Fi was horrible, kept disconnecting most of the time and made even simple things like checking e-mail difficult. Food options were mighty expensive and poor , especially if you had food restrictions (vegetarian/ vegan, for example for children). Overall, an average resort, not the best value for money.

Awesome place for both adults, kids, and adults that still feel like kids!

I stayed for two nights and have no complaints! The room was clean and fairly big, and although I didn't travel with children the hotel itself is very family friendly. There are free shuttles to get you between the hotel and Downtown Disney and all of the parks, and the staff was very helpful. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relatively affordable hotel with a Disney theme!

My family and I stayed here in December for 6 nights. It's a fun resort to walk around and see the pools and the sculptures in the gardens. The pools were heated and at night they would play movies for the kids in the grass on a screen. The food court was always busy and sometimes hard to find a seat and the buses were pretty frequent but they would pack you in. The beds were a little small and not very comfortable. I would stay here again for a quick get away but no more then 3 nights. I'd need a better mattress.

The hotel staff was kind and courteous, and the hotel grounds, as well as the rooms, were clean and comfortable. I was however disappointed with the dining options and the costs for simple food. A charge of $17 for a coke, a burger, and fries was a bit of a downer for me. Please understand that I do not have a problem with spending $20 to $40 at anytime in a nice upscale restaurant for a meal. Such a meal might include a steak or Prime Rib, salad, choice of potatoe, bread, soup, etc.. But to charge high amounts of money for a small amount of food at a budget family hotel at Disney World left a very bad taste in my mouth. I also should note that other families were much more disgusted than I on the cost of food in this particular hotel food court and let the staff know it..food for thought!!

We thought that the hotel was great! The room was perfect size for even the four of us and had a frig too! The staff keep the rooms very clean and it is up to date on decor and furnishings. Our room was on the first floor and the view from it made us feel right at home since it was right on the little lake that is located at this hotel! the transportation from the airport and to all the parks was a godsend! We never rented a car because there was no need to! They offer cups with free refills and we took advantage of them(great tip)! The pools were great though our kids only went in them twice and gift shop was huge. We would stay here again for sure! The only thing we were not crazy about was the dining/cafeteria menu does not rotate. The menu items they offer are very good! The beds were very comfy! We loved the fact that we could purchase items at disney world parks and they could be sent to our room so that we didn't not have to carry them around! thank you for making our vacation so wonderful !!

When we checked in the staff was not friendly to us. I felt because we did not book through their hotel we were treated differently. The room had a lot of little bugs on the curtains and tables. Not cleaned well at all.

The hotel is wonderful for children. Fun activites all day long the kids don't mind leaving the parks for a few hours to chill. The rooms could be a bit bigger or a terrace would be nice. A sit down restaurant would also be nice. All in all this is a good choice if you are in Disney for the parks & fun.
