Complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will now be able to access complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms as well as in select common areas within the resort hotel, including restaurant locations, bus load zones, feature pools, arcades, convention spaces (if applicable) and the porte cochere.
Disney Hotel Resort guests also enjoy their Extra Magic Hours Benefit. On select days, Disney Resort hotel guests can enter a Disney Theme Park an hour early-and on select evenings, enjoy a Park up to two hours after regular closing time. That's when lines may be shorter and the weather can be more comfortable. Guests have time for a midday break or a dip in the pool. Then the gang will be ready to head back to the same Theme Park for more fun! Don't forget your Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option! Great family get-away!
I Disney Polynesian was absolutely great! The rooms had been newly renovated and were very comfortable. The pool area is just great for all ages. The monorail is very accessible for all to use. The beds were very comfortable and we upgraded to the concierge level which saved us a great deal on meals. The staff was suberb and very helpful. A great place for the kids and adults as well.

The Magic Kingdom is a short ride away on the monorail. Other parks are also easily reached by bus. It's a great bonus to watch the fireworks at night from the lounge by the pool!

My review of Disney's Polynesian Resort
The room was clean and there were enough towels and toilet paper. Of course, having the monorail to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, etc. was excellent. From the last time we were here, about 10 years ago, the room was a little old; the bathtub had a little mold in the corners. The staff and facilities throughout the hotel, though, were fine. All the staff were very pleasant (as Disney should be!). It was unusual for the toilet part not to have a door (which was part of the vanity), but it was okay.

All the monorails were easy access to the hotel; We went to the theme parks from the monorails and, since we were located in the Disney property, we could go anywhere.

Better stay than the others...
If you are trying to choose between resorts on the Disney property the Polynesian is the best. It has the best grounds, very pretty, fire-lit paths, lots of vegitation compared to the others, etc. Very cool pool for kids and adults. Everything is kept very clean. Very freindly staff, etc. We visited other resorts while there and the Polynesian had the most character.

Great Price and Location. Tons of FUN!
Used the pool and lagoon area. Laid in the hammocks on the beach, used the boats. Had a blast. There were a few goldfish crackers under the couch and found an old knee brace in the room. We wondered who left that there? And why the cleaning staff hadn't taken it out. Otherwise, the room was awesome and comfortably slept 5.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location.
As far as Disney Hotels go, this is definitely at the top. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The grounds and pathways are gorgeous. The Volcano Pool was lots of fun and the quiet pool, well, was always quiet. Excellent food choices with Kona Cafe and 'Ohanas. Captain Cooks (counter service) was sub par. Very small, crowded, slow and with few choices. Considering the size of the hotel, you would think they would have a larger counter service restaurant. The Poly was very very quiet considering how crowded the parks were. This is definitely a great hotel if you want to come back to the hotel and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Always make dining reservations at any table service restaurant when visiting Walt Disney World. Walk-up reservation opportunities are few and far between.
