Complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will now be able to access complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms as well as in select common areas within the resort hotel, including restaurant locations, bus load zones, feature pools, arcades, convention spaces (if applicable) and the porte cochere.
Disney Hotel Resort guests also enjoy their Extra Magic Hours Benefit. On select days, Disney Resort hotel guests can enter a Disney Theme Park an hour early-and on select evenings, enjoy a Park up to two hours after regular closing time. That's when lines may be shorter and the weather can be more comfortable. Guests have time for a midday break or a dip in the pool. Then the gang will be ready to head back to the same Theme Park for more fun! Don't forget your Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option! The Park Hopper option is the only way you will be able to fully enjoy the Extra Magic Hours Benefit when the extra hours in the morning is a different Disney theme park than the extra hours in the evening.

Nice place
The resort was nice. We were lucky to be located with a smaller pool right outside our door and a very short walk to the food court and larger pool. Quiet and peaceful, with regular buses to the Disney parks.

If you are buying beer in Port Royale, go into what looks like a clothing store. Hidden in that store is a cooler with six packs. Cheaper than buying in the food court. There are also munches in that area.

Disney takes care of everything
while waiting for our room, we were able to change in the pool locker rooms to go for a swim! could never have a dull moment with the pool and arcade.

Awesome Place
Resort is the only way to go with Disney. They bus you to all parks every 15 -20 minutes. No complaints!

The kids eat free offered thru the site is a waste of money. Nothing is close by, we could not find where we were supposed to pick up the cards for the kids eat free waste of money.

It will not dissapoint you!
this resort is very nice. the room was clean and housekeeping was great. location was perfect as I parked the car and rode the shuttle bus to the different disney attractions. The only down side of the trip was the cost of food at the resort; breakfest for 3 adults was an average of $50.00 and lunch/dinner was even more; the food was not that great for such high prices. I expected high prices, but to pay this amount for 3 days really put a damper on my budget. Overall I would strongly recommend this resort as it will not dissapoint you!

great vacation spot for kids
the hotel was nice. my complaint would only be that the place is too big. we had to walk around for 30 minutes before we found our building.

Wonderful relaxing resort
Very comfortable room, close to the pool and small white sandy beach on the Resort lake. Relaxing, quiet atmosphere to read and just enjoy the beautiful weather.

Regular Disney Traveler (both coasts)
Fun for kids
We spent three nights in April at this hotel. Our plan was to go to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as well as, one or two of the other resorts for meals. We chose the Caribbean Beach Resort primarily for its pool. The pool worked well for our group. The zero-entry pool is ideal for infants and was perfect for our 6 month old son. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool the first day as she gained her confidence with the crowds, but very quickly went to the larger pool with its two slides. The rooms were just a little small and awkward (a curtain separated the sinks/closet from the main part of the room), but the price was very low, the room was nicely decorated for children, and you should not be spending much time in the room anyway. One slight inconvenience was that our room was closer to the entrance to the Resort, so it was a walk to the main pool (this resort is expansive). However, we had rented a car and planned to use it for all of our destinations and the closeness to the exit made every trip just a little shorter. Driving to the Transportation Station, the Contemporary, and the Polynesian was quite easy and fast. I am a fan of having a car so as not to be dependent on the Resorts transportation, which I believe can be quite slow at times. We did stay at the Polynesian the prior year and did not have a car, but I feel if you are not on the Monorail a car is necessary. Overall our experience was very good and even though I am not entirely pleased with Disney's food, the Caribbean Beach Resort had a large variety of fast food styles to choose from and was fine by Disney Resort standards.

20th Anniversary Celebration
The stay was peaceful and quite, very nice housekeeper, room very clean and comfortable. Easy access to buses to theme parks, overall hotel area, pool and walk ways were clean and beautifully landscaped. Would stay again!
