Beautifully appointed rooms, shingled rooftops, private courtyards and magnificent gardens combine to recreate the charming atmosphere of romantic bed-and-breakfast inns found along the mid-Atlantic coast of the 1940s. Plus bustling nightclubs, restaurants and shops at Disney's Boardwalk entertainment district, adjacent to the Resort, recapture the fun and excitement of bygone waterfront villages and shorelines. Resort features 371 guest rooms and pool with slide, two quiet pools, spas, kiddie pool, arcade, playground, jogging trail, bicycle rentals, marina with watercraft rentals, tennis and a health club with spa services. Rooms are available for guests with disabilities.

Complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will now be able to access complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms as well as in select common areas within the resort hotel, including restaurant locations, bus load zones, feature pools, arcades, convention spaces (if applicable) and the porte cochere.

Disney Hotel Resort guests also enjoy their Extra Magic Hours Benefit. On select days, Disney Resort hotel guests can enter a Disney Theme Park an hour early-and on select evenings, enjoy a Park up to two hours after regular closing time. That's when lines may be shorter and the weather can be more comfortable. Guests have time for a midday break or a dip in the pool. Then the gang will be ready to head back to the same Theme Park for more fun! Don't forget your Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option! The Park Hopper option is the only way you will be able to fully enjoy the Extra Magic Hours Benefit when the extra hours in the morning is a different Disney theme park than the extra hours in the evening.

Location Location Location

This was my first time staying at Boardwalk and I have to say it was wonderful! I put in a room request for a courtyard view facing EPCOT on a high floor... And we got it!! We could see the EPCOT ball and part of the World Showcase from our balcony. We were able to watch illuminations from our room every night. It was great! We were very close to the lobby, the quiet pool, and the boardwalk. EPCOT and Disney Hollywood Studios are just 10-15 min walks away. It was just a perfect location! The rooms were nice- nothing too impressive but very cute and clean.

Wonderful Mini-Vacation

I loved the location of this resort- perfectly placed between two bars within walking distance, and plenty of nice restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out, and I have not one bad thing to say about it. I will definitely come back!

Gorgeous, classy, wonderful!

The staff are always available and will jump through hoops for guests. It's amazing. The hotel is clean, beautifully maintained, nicely decorated, and in a prime location. There are two pools - a "quiet" pool, which is very relaxing, and a bigger, more noisy (but very fun) pool. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses are kind of hard (but they're not harder than the average hotel mattress). Also, you should definitely book through Orbitz. This hotel is very expensive, but it's worth it if you book this way - I saved almost 33% and got prime treatment.

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

If you're staying at this resort (or any resort) for Disney World, rent a car instead of taking the shuttles. The shuttles are always over-crowded, slow, and aggravating. It's much simpler to drive. The BoardWalk also has a ferry available for transportation to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT - that's also a nice way to travel, and it's generally a little faster than driving.

Disney's BoardWalk Inn

I have stayed at this hotel many times. However, in the past I stayed in the Concierge wing where the service was outstanding. This time I had a standard room which was equally as lovely, good size and with all the nececessary amenities, i.e. frig, safe, two sinks, flat screen tv, Ipod docking station, etc. We needed to call housekeeping for a couple of things and they were prompt and most accommodating. Room was immaculate each day.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Staying at this hotel provides easy access to many restaurants. Short walk to other resort hotels/restaurants in area with good eating choices and a short boat trip to Epcot's dining. Suggest making dinner reservations from home before arriving at Disney. Can always cancel them if something else comes up for dining.

at the boardwalk.....I fell in love....

Was there for the Disney Marathon and what a great place to stay for the event. Everything so close and then after you complete the event and your legs do not want to go anywhere, sll the dining options and entertainment is just at the door to the hotel. Best part is the wonderful Disney staff, always a smile and full of help. This is a wonderful place to stay when you visit Disney.

25th wedding anniversary getaway

It was a fabulous hotel with comfortable rooms and an amazing location on the boardwalk! Someone greeted us and took us to check-in. We booked a standard view but got a garden view. The room was close to the lobby and nice and quiet. The hotel was somewhat limited in their own restaurants since there were boardwalk options available. We took breakfast bars to get a quick start to the parks in the morning.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

We splurged at the Flying Fish Cafe for dinner, which was an amazing dinner. We were sorry to hear that Kouzzina is closing at the end of September 2014 since it was a great option for Grrek dinner and breakfast too. It will be replaced with an Italian restaurant.
